It was my first time going into sketchers and I wanted to see if they had other sizes online. When I asked what a size 6.5 in women's was in men's she said that it was a size 7. That didn't sound right to me so I asked again, told her my size was a women's 6.5, and she replied with the same thing saying that it was around a men's size 7 or even a 7.5. Once again this was my first time in the store and I could not find a proper size guide for sketchers online so I get the shoes; she works there, I'm new so why not believe her? The next day I ask again on the phone cause I just wasn't sure and the lady tells me that the shoes size would be a men's 4 which they don't even carry. I ask how to cancel my $74 purchase and she tells me to just call customer service with out telling me how to even get there. So now I'm broke 70 bucks until the shoe finally gets here so I can return it in person. Really disappointed.

Comparatively a small factory outlet with limited options to choose from, also they hardly have enough employees to help find you something other than what is already placed on the shelves. I would prefer going to a dedicated bigger factory outlet next time.

Brand everyone familier is sketchers quality is awesome foam sole excellent walking running stamina we can get it. Quality of shoes 👟 no words price also bit above level 45$ to 130$ shoes avaliable kids toddlers ladies men's and sports non marking badminton tennis all other sports shoes 👟

Very few options for women that wear a size over 9. Prices were way too high

My Product is EXCELLENT. But Oh My Goodness the Person that waited on us SHOULD BE REQUIRED to go back to School on, "How to Wait on Your Customer". Not Helpful, Rude, Snarky, Plain Old DID NOT CARE! So DISAPPOINTED & DO NOT TELL ME, It is The Times We Are In.....SICK OF THAT!
