Very rude to t-mobile customers. Don't use this store for anything. They are only there to sell not to help you with your device or account. A liability to t-mobile. Thanks for the reply. I spoke to customer service about the issue and they are replacing the device since still under warranty as explained to your representative. Looking at your reviews for the last 6 months..appears your representatives are helpful 50% of the time. No need to discuss their behavior, it is your business to manage not a t-mobile customers to discuss.

I find it really hard to believe that there was absolutely not a single iPhone at this location. Not a single one, no matter the model. Feels like the sales rep did not want to sell to us. He was dismissive and did not provide any guidance as to where we can upgrade our phone

Sergio was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. Made the whole transition easy! We were in there for a few hours, but Sergio and the other employee, Dayron (might be spelling it wrong sorry), were really friendly, so time flew by for us as customers lol. Good job guys! Clean store and great customer service!

BUYER'S BEWARE! On 4-11-2021 my daughter and I called this location to ask if they paid off other devices from other mobile carriers. They said yes. We went into this location and asked the question again and was given the same answer. So, we proceeded to trade in our 11 Pro Max Gold 64-GB, both in excellent condition. We were prepared to pay sales tax and activation fees, but were told it was not needed because we had credit on the account. Again, the question was asked, with this credit, T-Mobile will still pay off our devices from the other carrier. The sales rep/store manager replied yes. We were given the Switch2t-mobile.com-carrier freedom to upload the final bill from the previous carrier, which was $1083.59. Uploaded the bill and was told that we would receive 278.10 toward our balance. That left us with a balance of approximately 805.00. I began making phone calls to customer service/corporate. They apologized and said the credit that was received was toward the pay off balance. I explained that this is not what I was told. We would have made some different choices at the time had that been the case. We just relocated was not trying to create more debt. One rep said to me on the phone that the sales rep in the stores do not always understand the promotions. I responded that proper training should be given because this is consumer fraud. Nevertheless, I was told to reach back out to the store where the original transaction took place. I did connect back with the store manger. She told me to send her all my documentation from old carrier and what the messages from T-mobile regarding reimbursement. She assured me that she understood the situation and would do all she could to help remedy the situation. I received a call from the sales rep that handled the original transaction and was told that there was nothing that they could do. I was told from customer service that I could do the Buyer's Remorse, which would cancel the whole transaction. We did do the Buyer's Remorse. T-mobile got all their merchandise back, but we got nothing for our phones that we traded in. So, they got their stuff, our phones, and we are stuck with paying the bill.

I went to this T-Mobile Store yesterday frustrated because Sprint could not help me via my phone call with them an hour earlier. I had a horrible experience with Sprint from the day I signed up until now. I know that T-Mobile has brought out Sprint but still for some reason my calls were lost and couldn't get calls outside of wifi connection on Sprint Service due to so called towers being down. My father passed and it was already a difficult time for me but Sprint intensified it. I had to travel to Stl and all with little to no service and could not use my apps for navigation purposes. Sprint offer no credit to my account for not being able to use my service but quick to take a payment. While at this location yesterday. I received the best customer service experience ever. Kailen was very knowledgeable and really help resolve all my issues and the whole staff Kailen, Karyna, Taneal and Savannah were all in an upbeat mood and very informative. They really made my experience memorable.
