The employees behind the counter have not been properly trained. They lack communication skills and proper work ethic, Extremely unprofessional and they TRY very hard to up charge you. Also, there is no manager or supervisor on site that could help their incompetent employees. Wasted 4 hours at this location.

The employees and this store is racist I as a 14-year-old minor was called on by the police they eased dropped on a private conversation and call the police on us my mom wasn't even in the store at the time and they claimed that she was yelling at them RAC ism black people don't come in the store unless you want to see racism they wouldn't speak to me when I had a camera out but they were fine when there was no camera they pretended not to know English they were being extremely racist the woman is eased dropped on a conversation and they refuse to serve us they banded Us for being black extremely racist by these Mexican/Puerto Rican

Came w my ID as the 800 folks told me to do I had my phone stolen and they could not suspend it my phone. Because they couldn't send me a code. Then they ask when I opened my account no clue. Also how much was my last bill. No clue had to check w my bank who had to SHUT my account down. Unbelievable

DO NOT SHOP here before Christmas and waste your time! Called 30 minutes ago to confirm Moto G Power in stock, it is not but was told Moto Pure is in stock. Went to the store right after and shop is closed. Woman said closed for inventory. Asked how long and was told again closed for inventory go to another store. This phone will be late for Christmas but I will be ordering an unlocked phone online. Woman rude and should have told me before heading over there. Bad experience and waste of my limited time.

Bad service, ladies working there don't know what they are doing!! I was waiting for them to fix a mistake they did with my payment and one of the girls was just flirting with the all the guys that came in ! That's not professional ... plus they never answer the store phone, this store needs to get new staff

Had to wait along time ,still never got to make my payment at store. Clerk was to busy chatting with a lady. I waited about 40 plus mins, and I was next inline all this time Had to leave and finally made my payment online.Poor service at this location. Very dissatisfied.🙄

Great coverage and you can't beat the price. My main issue is that the girl lied to get a sale. She said we both would receive a rebate for our phones and then as we walked out the door she said.. well... At least one of you should, after we had already made our purchase. I wasn't even in the market for a new phone, but agreed strictly because of the deal. So after waiting the normal 2 1/2 months for the rebate, we only received one. I tried to reach out to customer service to let them know that their employees are lying to make sales and they just told me how I'd only get one rebate. I wasn't even asking for the second rebate, I just wanted them to remind their employees to be truthful. They didn't seem to understand and we're just mainly concerned with telling me how I wouldn't be receiving the second rebate. Oh well.

OMGGGGGGG I'm super done with METRO PC, super disappointed. Switched to sprint 5 unlimited lines for $100 plus free phones. No contract, no social needed. Plus I got $500 in my A+ credit union account in time for the holidays. If you're tired of paying too much i advice you to go to sprint off 79 and red bud @round rock and ask for zainab.
