Took a passport photo on Saturday the 14th and was told by the employee that their printer was not working and to come back in a few days to pick up the photo. Came in on my lunch break on Tuesday the 17th and was told that they deleted a bunch of photos but they happened to have a good 100 or so photos on the camera from who knows when. I will not be visiting this CVS again and hope my experience will prevent someone else for going through this experience.

Made an appointment last May 3, 1pm for my daughter and Marquez, Omar RPh is awesome and made it painless jab for her. He communicates very well. And other stuffs too are friendly. The lady in minute clinic. And the lady in the pharmacy giving reaasurance to ky daughter she can do it.

Worst experience and service ever. If you have an Elder going to this pharmacy make sure you go with them. I went right before they closed and I asked for testing strips which are over the counter and they directed me to them. I couldn't find the once I needed so I went back to counter and asked. The man said oh they'll be with you in a moment and he shut down the curtain in my face. I waited not knowing if I should just leave or what. They come out with their keys and say were closed. So rude! Absolutely no customer service what so ever. This is the CVS on Gattis School Rd. I'm switching all my prescriptions to Walgreens after dealing with them for so many years.

On March 24, 2021, we went to CVS, located at the corner of Gattis School and A W Grimes, for a rapid covid test. We had the pleasure of meeting Julie, nurse who performed the test. Julie was kind, polite, comforting and very knowledgeable. She tested an elderly dementia patient and a young adult with special needs in a compassionate manner, reducing our stressful situation. Julie is an asset to CVS and I certainly thank CVS for having Julie on their team.KUDOS!

Had a poor experience today when i visited the pharmacy... the tech working was rude and didn’t want to help or answer questions. She didn’t want to leave her “desk” to speak to me, and I could hardly hear her due to suffering a sinus infection . The actual pharmacist is great, he was able to answer the questions that she basically refused to answer. The pharmacy tech needs to find a job outside of dealing with the public if she doesn’t want to have a pleasant attitude or help customers.

This pharmacy is terrible. Completely incompetent. Told me they didn’t have my prescription, but then magically it appeared. Then was told they don’t have the medication in stock, and then it was found after a few minutes of looking. I was asked to come back in 15 min to pick it up. Second trip was told they don’t have the medication. Told them I saw the woman holding it so it’s there. A little more looking and guess what? Found it, but now wait another 15 min. The entire pharmacy section is filthy and medication bottle are just thrown everywhere. It’s no surprise they can’t keep track of their inventory. Will be going to Walgreens from now on.

Pharmacist or pharmacymacy tech rude beyond belieff. Would not even come to drive up window when i had questions about my prescription. She talked to me from the other end of the pharmacy with a attitude. Complete lack of customer service let alone acting human instead of like an animal. My insurance says i have to fill prescription here. If i didn't i would never return. She should not be working!!!!!!!

I picked up a prescription through the drive-thru and accidentally left my credit card in the tray. I didn't realize I had lost my card until the following day. Once I realized that it must have been at CVS I called and they said it was there. I picked it up and spoke to the pharmacist, "Lovinia". I have been a customer for several years and asked why no one contacted me that I had left my card there. She promptly crossed her arms and said it wasn't their responsibility. I explained that I understand that but it was simple common courtesy. It was a concept that she clearly didn't understand. CVS lost a customer over this behavior. Too many companies don't seem to care about the importance of good customer service anymore. Sad.

I recently changed jobs and as a result, insurance providers as well. Ive gone to various walgreens locations over the years with no issue but was informed humana customers can only go to cvs or walmart but not walgreens. I just tried to pickup my script at the drive thru of the Gattis School and AW Grimes location. After waiting my turn for about ten minutes, i get to the window and give the attendant my insurance card. Simultaneously I see a sign on the window (not visible until you're at the window )that says insurance changes have to be processed inside so I acknowledge it to her and apologize stating I didnt see the sign until that moment (because how else can you see it from the line of cars). She says no problem and then pops back up two minutes later and says ill have to go around and get back in line so they can verify my insurance info. I look in my rear view and see three cars behind me so inform her that "this is ridiculous and i dont have another 20 minutes to wait in line." She seemed surprised and honestly shes lucky I didnt share exactly what I was thinking but wow! Poor signage, bad customer service, and incompetent employees. CVS should be embarrassed...what an awful and poorly run organization.
