Kid to kid is the best 2nd hand kids store in town. The selection is good,price is right and they do buy at a reasonable price. But on numerous occasions I have witnessed a older employee (not sure if its the manager) being rude to staff and giving unwanted opinions on merchandise to customers. I was going to buy a jumper for my son and this employees remarks on how big and ugly this thing was detoured me. Also if you want to sell get there early or on a slow day cause you can wait awhile.

I shop Kid to Kid and have for over 8 years. The staff is awesome and the products are awesome as well. I always love looking for clothes and toys. This particular store has always been a family favorite.

The only positive thing I have to say is about the customer service. The girl who looked through all my items was super great and nice. Now I knew going into this, that I probably wouldn’t get what my items are truly worth. Fine. But i took name brand a lot of new never used items: UGG, Nike, Converse, UA, Jessica Simpson, high name brand clothes in. And was offered $125 for them. For over 100 items!!!! What? The entire time the employees talked about how great the items were and how nobody ever brings these type of brands in… My brand new never worn uggs were valued at $5-6. These are $50 brand new. I guarantee they would turn and sell them close to full retail value. Especially walking around the store and seeing how high they have items priced vs the quality. I was truly disappointed in the offer and took all of my items back. You would have better luck listing your items on marketplace, poshmark, or even a garage sale Don’t waste your time. I brought 5 boxes of items, they wanted to buy half of them (which would’ve been cool had the price been decent). But I walked out with 5 full boxes and a wasted afternoon :(

I love to shop at kid to kid as they always have a good selection to choose from. I never have a problem finding something I can use. Check out is very fast and Easy and workers are always friendly and helpful.

I don't even know how these ppl stay in business. I was just in there store to sell a few items. These included a port-a-crib nearly used and a potty chair Minnie mouse brand new in the box never used also a 8pack of Gerber receiving blankets, a Minnie mouse right on airplane toy which was brand new never used and was only told I was going to get $15 cash or $18 in store credit. To the store before and got more for used clothes and items than brand new items Plus they took the batteries out of the Minnie mouse airplane toy and kept them I would not give them a rating at all in fact I don't even know how they are still in business frf
