I'm not the best at figuring out the process of getting new phones and I have bought a few phones from this store and have ALWAYS got superb customer service. Any questions I have, I never felt belittled. My favorite Verizon Consultant is Diana. She made getting a new phone and setting it up EASY BREEZY!! Even if she isn't available, I fully think, and have witnessed, other consultants helping customers with the same understanding and kindness.

Absolutely fabulous service! Due to the excellent service we ended up transferring not only my son's service, but my service and his brothers service. Drake educated us on the different phones available, discounts available, what plan would need best for us, made himself available for questions after the purchase, and followed up with us. I have not recieve that type of service in many many years. Thanks Drake!

I have used the Harry and Edgemoor Verizon Authorized Retailer store several times, as I am very un-technical. Each time, I have been helped with courtesy and understanding, and the experience has been wonderful. The people there are fantastic, and although this store does indeed sell stuff, it is the willingness of everyone who works there to be helpful and solve problems that makes this store great. I've been to other Verizon stores where I'm basically told to go home and do it myself on line. There's none of that here...these folks are genuinely great at helping people figure out their issues. I love this place!
