Best cell phone store in Wichita, Kansas (KS) 2024

I'm not the best at figuring out the process of getting new phones and I have bought a few phones from this store and have ALWAYS got superb customer service. Any questions I have, I never felt belittled. My favorite Verizon Consultant is Diana. She made getting a new phone and setting it up EASY BREEZY!! Even if she isn't available, I fully think, and have witnessed, other consultants helping customers with the same understanding and kindness. ~Paul

Been there the last three days. Bought a brand new phone and they can’t get it activated. Day 4 and I have to wait till Monday when money man is back to see if I can even get a refund or they can fix it. Was there last night for 2 hours waiting and they said fixed it wasn’t activated still. Poor service, ~Tia

Maria and Dahte are the two people that switch us over from our old provider. They were very friendly and warm. They helped us to select new phones and got us everything we wanted for half what we were paying. Very helpful in explaining everything to us until we understood everything. I recommend this store highly. You will be surprised at how good they will hook you up. Go give them a look. You'll like it. ~R
