Ordered a football helmet and face mask. I paid to Return these items after receiving. Received a credit minus $20. I was not told ahead of time of the $20 fee/restocking? Don't use this company. Use one with values and customer service. This is you hard earned cash, don't give it to PWS. ~Edward

This place is great. The staff have always treated me fairly and their selection is staggering. How they fit so much in there and maintain organization and cleanliness is beyond me. Their range is modern, my wife and I had a good time shooting there. We were lucky enough to be put on a smaller range by ourselves. I feel like family here. ~Paul

I received superb customer service today! She was very knowledgeable about what shoes would give me the widest foot bed to support my new needs and also knew what Would be helpful for me as I’m on my feet the majority of my shift as an ER Nurse. Shout out!! ~Michelle

I'm not the best at figuring out the process of getting new phones and I have bought a few phones from this store and have ALWAYS got superb customer service. Any questions I have, I never felt belittled. My favorite Verizon Consultant is Diana. She made getting a new phone and setting it up EASY BREEZY!! Even if she isn't available, I fully think, and have witnessed, other consultants helping customers with the same understanding and kindness. ~Paul

The customer service was fast and friendly. Prices are very competitive. They carry all brands and the clothes are well made and fit nicely.. This was an online experience for me and when I had a little snag at check out , I had the option of a chat, or email. I chose to email and was promptly taken care of by a TWG rep. ~Charlene

Been there the last three days. Bought a brand new phone and they can’t get it activated. Day 4 and I have to wait till Monday when money man is back to see if I can even get a refund or they can fix it. Was there last night for 2 hours waiting and they said fixed it wasn’t activated still. Poor service, ~Tia

Ordered the original chicken sandwiches. Outstanding job! The sandwiches are excellent when fresh. I have no problem pulling forward or waiting a couple extra minutes for them to be fresh. So far, 4 out of 5 times they have been fresh. Thank you! ~Randy

I will give it to the people who work here. This store is always immaculate, in order, & well stocked. The staff is nice, friendly, & keep their store looking lovely. The sushi here is 100% amazing for a grocery store. The guy who makes it actually used to make sushi at a nice restaurant on the west side. I loved going there until it closed. I was shocked when I found out he makes the sushi at this Dillons, but also super happy! The man has skills! I absolutely recommend shopping at this store. It can get a little crowded due to location, but that is really one of their only issues. The check out lines up front can get congested when they are busy. ~Phat

They never have our medicine ready on time. They have had four days to get an antibiotic cream and pills. They still don’t have it and said they never got the antibiotic pill prescription when I can look at my Portal and see that my doctor sent the prescription. ~Crazy

Stopped here on the way home from Belle Plaine. Had a large order..4 children, 3 adults. We went inside to order as we figured it would be easier. The order did not take long. They were very quick and it was completely accurate...no mistakes... ~Kathrina
