I went to the BK @ K-15 & Pawnee. The young man that took my order was very courteous! The food was warm. My only complaint was that the Mozzarella sticks I ordered were not what I thought they would be. They tasted like saw dust with barely a hint of cheese taste. I literally ate 2 and tossed the rest they were so unpalatable. The Chi'King meal I ordered for my friend seemed to be ok when I got there and there were no complaints. I will Not be ordering the Mozz sticks there ever again.

If I could rate it zero stars I would. The lady at the drive through not only rushed us but also caught a attitude with us when we didn't do anything and we have sat there for five minutes and she wouldn't answer then got a attitude and told us to order do not come here!

Ordered the original chicken sandwiches. Outstanding job! The sandwiches are excellent when fresh. I have no problem pulling forward or waiting a couple extra minutes for them to be fresh. So far, 4 out of 5 times they have been fresh. Thank you!

We come here often.. And my visit today promted my review.. My order was SUPER complex and not only did I get fresh food I got it fast and they were working together and being very friendly about it.. thanks you guys !! My whopper was yummy!!

Horrible. They gave me cold, old food. I called to give them a chance to make it right. When I went back to get my replacement order the manager I had spoken to apparently did not make a note of our conversation so they assumed I was lying and refused to replace the food. Only go if you like to gamble with your money, and if you're really hungry you better bring a snack with you just in case. I'd give it 0 stars if I could.

The second one is the sandwich i got from here they replaced it even tho i didnt get my food from them. Now thats what i call awesome customer service. The first came from senaca and Pawnee after they replaced it once they both looked like this. And the store manager was rude. They lady that helped me at pawnee was awesome thank you

Usually don't eat out but went today because dinner didn't defrost. They only have like 4 people working. Very slow. However, staff was friendly and attentive. I am glad that the supervisors were not angry or tense with guests of staff. Food was great! Everything was made correct and tasted fresh! Loved the fries! Hope the best for today's staff.

Had an issue with something that was ordered was a immediately fixed by a woman named Cynthia without issue or hesitation I would definitely recommend coming to this Burger King people are always cleaning makes this older Burger King that needs updating very presentable and a good place to grab a bite also has a play place that my son loves
