I walked into the Wichita East location and was immediately impressed with the level of customer service. The representative that helped me was Claire. She was extremely knowledgeable in the whole process and I could tell she wasn't only out to make a sale, but she honestly wanted to find the best shoes for my needs. I like the personal service we received. They listened about the issues my husband and I were having and helped us find the right shoe. I never felt pressured to choose a particular shoe. They showed me the shoes that were right for my feet based on the 3D scan they did on my feet. The shoes are good. But the service is what sold us and will keep us coming back. Top notch.

My dad and I went today in search for running shoes for a half marathon. When trying on shoes, you begin with a foot scan and then you walk across a mat to see how you walk. Data is then collected on your feet, such as arch, instep, etc to determine which shoes will best meet your needs. My dad was helped by Tony and I was assisted by Ryan. We were both very pleased by our experience! Both associates were especially friendly and knowledgeable and really individualized the customer experience. I was also thankful for Casey’s assistance, who also went above and beyond to help me find the right sports bra and socks. With this type of care and attention for every customer, you shouldn’t have any problems finding what you’re looking for.
