My experience today at petsmart was very good I had a customer help me carry my stuff because I didn't have a car and they were the kindest people in front of me and then when I got to the checkout the girl at the checkout was very kind.

I enjoy shopping at Pet Smart, however any time I am in this location it feels like there's always one individual on the register and a huge line of customers. I am always nice to the poor person stuck by themselves. This has been a constant issue here

The customer service is okay, but they REALLY need to clean the dead fish out of their stock tanks. Tank conditions like that could infect the home aquariums of buyers. I'd give them 2 stars, but I've been buying fish and aquarium supplies from them for a few years.

The only place I can find the food I need for my dog. Always super-friendly associates, and the store is well stocked & very clean. My go-to pet store! It's also the only place in the region that has Def Leppard apparel for your dog. 🤣

Love this store for my 2 girls,.....although they only had 3 Betta's left. I did get one n love him, I had wanted a blue one, but got a red one. It's ok, he likes us, already, n comes over to the side of the bowl to greet me and get food! Tku, PetSmart!

I was thoroughly impressed with the staff in the grooming room today! Two blonde girls and another person who I think is the manager were so professional and friendly despite having serious issues with their computer systems. I witnessed a very energetic golden retriever puppy getting her nails done and it was so stressful, but they held it together and we're clearly committed to the safety and well-being of the pup. I was mostly struck by their professionalism and the sense that they enjoyed being there and each other! It made me want to work with them! I'm from out of state and there's a rotating door at my local PetSmart. I never see the same groomers. I've come to this location three times while visiting my family specifically because of the my first experience with the senior staff member. They mentioned being there for two years. I will make it a point to visit each time I'm in town! Oh and the groomer have my pup ribbons in her hair! A first for us and I loved it!! I don't think my dog did though 🤣

Very helpful and friendly staff! I bought my guinea pigs from here! Animals are well cared for. All question and concerns on inquired animals to buy were welcomed. Very happy with the service.
