Need to take the time to look through racks. Some clearance only 30%, 35%, or 40% off so will not add up to the 80% off. Most Christmas clearance not a bargain. 6/11/22 % Coupon available to Kohl's charge members. Winter wear still not a bargain.

I only come after black friday to spend my Kohls cash so I dont need to pay for shipping. There is however a lot less selection compared to online.

Bought a pair of Oakley sunglasses, and was disappointed that they didn't have a protective pouch "for that pair". I have bought several pairs, from multiple places, and they ALWAYS have at least a pouch. Either someone there didn't want to include it, or perhaps they were knockoffs.... If my wife didn't like shopping there, I wouldn't go back.

I recently purchased a 7 piece comforter set from Kohl's online and I really liked the look of it. However, when taking it out of the package the seam was already coming apart. (photo 1) But since I can sew and I liked the look of the set decided I could deal with that. BUT when I washed it according to instructions, it came out with little holes (2nd photo). I contacted customer service via email and have not heard anything from them. I am hoping with this review customer service will actually reach out to me and try to resolve (and not some canned comment like "we are sorry you don't like the product") but that they actually do something. I don't typically give negative reviews, but with this - I felt it was necessary.

Our daughter and I enjoyed our shopping time at Kohls together for a Christmas outfit for her she was blessed to find what she wanted and at a reasonable price with a quality check out experience . The girls were very upbeat, kind and knowledgeable.
