I just want to take a moment to say how much I absolutely love this staff. every few months I come in for my bleaching kit, toner and developer to redo my hair and at times I have to bring my kids. my son is always so curious and he happened to come across some “Turning Red” nail decals and the woman working at Sally’s had handed him different options and continued to use the pronouns “they” or “them” when referring to my son, as she didn’t want to come off disrespectful to him as she was talking to him directly or about him. she did her absolute best to help me AND my son in our shopping experiences and she was the most kind and warm employee, I have ever interacted with. I truly hope to catch her name the next time that I’m in because she she deserves all of the credit♥️ -a forever customer ~Ciana
