My experience here is that going to the bigger U-Haul store would have been worth the drive. I had to go there anyway to get proper hitch and wiring connector adapter. Not having someone on site to answer questions was time consuming and worrisome.

I set up the trailer rental online. Checked in down the road at Lowe’s and they met me at the trailer as I pulled up! Absolutely frictionless rental, went through everything with me and I was out in under 10 minutes. Turn in the next day was even quicker. Also, they were super courteous and had a 7 pin to 4 way adapter on hand at a very reasonable price. I’ll be back here for any future rentals for sure.

Rachel was who I spoke with on Monday and was very nice and explained the rental process over the phone. When I picked up the rental a few days later, Rhonda, was very efficient. She even offered water while I waited for her to finish up with the folks in front of me. The computer was not working right, but by the time I went to gas station and came back it was working fine. She even stayed 15 minutes past 5 so that I could return truck today. Thanks for great service!
