The service was great. The food was hot and fresh! Only reason why it was gets 4 stars is because they were out of the whopper buns (no biggie we made substitutions) and pink lemonade (was looking forward to that). Service was prob the best I have had from a 3rd shift fast food crew in a very long time!

Service was fast just ordered a whopper junior with cheese but when I got it an drove off there was no cheese and the meat was cold. They don't deserve any stars but it will not let you choose no stars.

Used to be my favorite Burger King in Kansas now has become just like every other Burger King doesn’t matter how many employees they have on stuff they decide to close whenever they want I don’t know what it is with employees these days but they feel like they don’t wanna work so they just close down the restaurant I don’t know if the managers or owners are ever watching this but I really hope it’s some point you do or you read my reviews I’ve been a long time and restaurant employee myself I don’t understand what is happening with restaurant chains these days but it’s just beyond me Night Shift manager does not wanna do his job like cleaning a station more than once if it gets clean once he doesn’t wanna do it again therefore if you’re liking or wanting a chicken tking order during the day don’t ever order after 9 o’clock at night

The food was good. But right by the trash can their was bugs. They did not seem to worried about it to much. They took for ever to clean it up. Then a older couple spilt there drink on the floor and it took them almost a whole hour to clean it up. They waited for them to be gone to clean it up. Then some lady took her kid behind the counter which could of got burnt

Just ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches! Literally 1 was less than Luke warm. How many hours ago were these cooked. Absolutely SHAMEFUL!!! I never post. I know its burger king and no standards... But seriously... Can you at least warm it up!

Don’t come here unless you want to wait 30- 1 hour in line , fries were cold there wasn’t even any warmth to them , I told them I’m allergic to Mayo they still have me a sandwhich with it

Waited at the speaker for 12 minutes while they had 2 cars in the line in front of ours. Then waved us forward to order due to issues with the head set. Employee was not friendly. at the window after ordering we waited for another 10 minutes for our food. Buns were dry on the sandwiches. Will not return to this location

Extremely disappointed. I ordered 3 double hamburgers with no cheese, ketchup only and a small order of mozzarella sticks. The burgers came with ketchup, mustard and pickles. I returned to have then remade, which was done with a "sorry about that". I drove off expecting that all was well only to unwrap one while driving to find out they were singles, not doubles. Total, 9 burger patties, 6 buns, all in the trash. They were remade once again, correctly this time with yet another "sorry about that". Very disappointed.

Bottom of the fryer dried up chicken fries anyone? Yum let me tell ya... I guess I should be grateful that they gave me a couple extra since they were all about an inch in a half long😂😂😐. Also ordered two chicken juniors, got 2 fish sandwiches wrapped in the junior paper. So good job you guys keep it up.
