We were in last night to create a family plan; my boyfriend was adding my son and I, and my mom to his account. He is a former Sprint customer, so that meant they were porting over 4 phones from 4 carriers. This included new phones for all 4 of us, and transferring all of our data. Quincy and Jagger were absolutely nothing short of AMAZING. They were patient and went above and beyond to get every thing straight. They also made a tedious, complicated situation, fun! Several other guests came in while we were there and they juggled all of it. We kept them there well after closing time, and they never rushed us or made us feel as if we were inconveniencing them. Kudos to these two! In a world where companies are short staffed, and employees are stretched thin, our spending dollars matter. I'm confident we made the right choice is choosing T-Mobile as our mobile service carrier.

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. After speaking with T-mobile customer service on the phone I was told I could resolve my issue in store. I went in store and they said I had to resolve my issue online. When I pushed back and asked them to help me in store, they then told me their computers were down. They told me this as another rep had just finished helping another customer and new customers came in after me. So I know they lied to my face. I left and will not return. I spent the next 30 minutes online with customer service overseas and still don’t have my issue resolved. I would not recommend T-Mobile service to anyone. And as a side note, their cell reception in Derby is terrible. We couldn’t even make a call on a T-mobile phone from that location because there were no bars.

I have been a sprint customer for over 20 years. Since the switch to T Mobile this store has been horrible to deal with. When I went in to upgrade my families phones back when the switch was happening they only tried to push the most expensive phones. And when we did finally upgrade my phone had a factory defect that they refused to help with. They were rude and told me too bad not our problem. I had to go to Samsung and have them warranty repair the phone through a 3rd party. So I went in 2 years later with a question for our phones and Charlie who was there was only worried about getting us to upgrade to the top end phone which would give him the highest commission I guess. Charlie would not give us the cost of other phones or even answer questions. He was insistent that he would just tell us what to do. So we went across the street to Verizon and received the best care from a cell phone company I have ever had. They saved us over a hundred dollars a month with more included in the plan. It was so much cheaper that we added a ipad as well. The cell coverage is so much better. With TMobile there are so many dead spots where I would lose coverage. Even if you went right out in front of the TMobile store none of my 5 phones can get signal. When we went to the t mobile store again today Charlie asked us what we needed to do. When I informed him that we need to turn in our phones. He immediately told me that he didn't think he would be able to pull up our account which he had no problem doing just the week prior. And low and behold he said he couldn't pull up the account. And even wouldn't help me with the one phone I left active! He said we had to call support and "their hands were tied." So I call support and they tell me that I should just take the phones to the local store where they would be able to help us. When I tell them that the store refused to help they insisted that the store would help. I am so glad I am switching providers because I have only gotten the run around and everyone passing the buck.

I made 3 trips to this store and had Quincy, Mariah, Charlie and Eddie help me. They were all excellent and patient. Customers were frustrated with the technology but the employees were respectful and kind! Good job guys!

Don't bother coming here. The staff is rude and talks down to the customers. Also was laughing about how one didn't appreciate they way they were being treated and was going to Verizon. They obviously need better staff

Always get irritated having to deal with them. Miss Sprint phone worked so much better before the merger even though they promised us greatness . Prepare to spend a minimum of one hour for minor issues and multiple just for a new line.

There needs to be a negative scale so they can be graded properly. They blamed us for their mistakes. They ordered the wrong phone and blamed us. The young girl trying to help us must have been fairly new because she kept asking for help. Definitely not enough training. The other girl who kept telling her what to do, was busy juggling multiple guests at the same time-not a good idea. She was probably the rudest person and should not be dealing with the public. We went back the next day to get them to fix the order and wasted an hour and a half for her to say there was nothing she could do. The manager, I guess that's who he was, just stood there while we expressed our complaints and did nothing. We never had any problems with Sprint. Sprint was so much better with their customer service!

Employees provide bad or misinformation. One area is the physical phone. I was told the phone would not work after Dec because it had 3G antennas and needed to buy a new phone. I check further on this. The answer is the phone is 4G and will continue to work after December. The better answer would have been that Samsung will no longer support with system or security updates to the phone but it will still be very functional. Another area is receiving calls from one phone to another. I was told I needed to purchase a digits phone number. Again not true. T-Mobile customer service led me through the app and setup without having to purchase extra digit lines. It was more about trying to convince the customer to buy something from them. Ok you want to make a sale, but don't you realize that customer service and goodwill leads to sales later down the road?
