One of the sales people really took advantage of one of my family members last week. Sold them a bunch of unnecessary stuff and when they got called out on it basically said "sorry I got to make my money." I would avoid this location for sure and probably cricket wireless in general if they employ salespeople like this.

Had issues receiving messages & it took about a hour for the employee to tell me I need a new phone. I called cust service & they were able to fix my problem in a few min.

I loved coming here and talking to the usual guy that’s there. Because he was always super helpful and knowledgeable and had the best interest in his customers. But the new people they have there have no interest whatsoever in helping customers or offer any solutions and do the bare minimum. I had much better help calling the customer service (*611). They got my problem resolved in literally less than 10 min.

Filing a complaint with the FCC and Missouri Attorney General for warranty fraud. Paid monthly for phone warranty but they wont replace my phone unless I pay $180 security deposit or do without my phone for 2-3 days after I mail it to them. I am also going to cancel my Cricket service and use a different carrier.

Never had a problem till our last visit. Not professional at all. Girl talking on her phone and company phone for personal calls while helping activate my daughters phone.

Sigh. The girl helping me (Sheyenne) spent half of her time texting with her mother about a sale at a clothing store while she was ringing me up. The other girl working got a text from her friend, who apparently got a big tip at his job. The tip must have been good, because the blonde girl working wondered aloud if her friend got the tip because he performed a sexual act on a customer. I won’t be back. Do they not teach basic interpersonal and customer service skills anymore?

Not all Cricket stores are equal. Lack of experience and training. Lack of interest. Lack of customer service skills. I would have dropped Cricket altogether if I hadn't found another store that treated me like the valued customer that I am.

Work on your customer service skills. If you are not interested in helping people please work somewhere else. Maybe some training on the products you are selling would be a good idea also because if the answer to all of my questions is "I honestly don't know " you are of no help.
