I was there doing some business for handicapped friend, and both the girls behind the counter were very nice, semi-professional, semi-down home, and all together very very helpful. They did the one thing that I needed to be done for my friend, and then proceeded to do a few extra touches without charging me. I like that!

well we went in there with the problem that we couldn't solve, and we tried the other cricket store on Wilson and they did not do anything helpful for us. however from the moment I walked in with the phone the girls there were extremely helpful knew exactly what they were doing not only that, but they didn't bother to charge us. As far as they were concerned it was just part of customer service period and it was greatly appreciated!!

Today date as of June 6 2019 I walked into cricket wireless asked the young man to assist me in going about looking for a new phone since my ZTE Blade Max was discontinued the young man was not knowledgeable mad a mockery of my situation was incredibly rude and complacent I've been with cricket for six years never missed a payment I don't deserve that treatment from anyone whatsoever I know Billy is the owner I will be getting in touch with the better business bureau and cricket corporate the young man this happen June 6 2019 he was the only employee in the store!
