Had ATT some time back and liked them. Switched to Verizon a bit just to try it out and not a fan. Isaiah that works at this store took me back in and sold me on going back. Great salesman with a ton of knowledge and expertise. Helped me with any/all questions I had within no time. Highly recommend!

I went into this store after a busy day at work and was helped by Isaiah. I was more than tired and he was the most helpful and patient with me. Great customer service. He even tried to crack a couple of jokes to lift my spirits. Highly recommend.

He was very welcoming and answered all my questions sat with me for a while and ended up finding me cheaper options for what I need. He was patient and took the time I needed. The sales reps and the store manger Amilia are totally dishonest. They will sell you plans you never asked for. We give you a 25% discount on you phone lines if you singn up for fiber. So we sing up for fiber, no discount. I went up to the store and check up with her; she told us oh it kicks in after 3 months🙃
