I’d give them a 0 star if I could but I can’t so they get a 1 star rating today. Completely unprofessional treatment at this location by one girl today. I didn’t get her name but she was very unprofessional and rude. We’ve had problems with signal and the corporate office told us to go in person and they would take care of it but they didn’t. She was rude and basically treated us like we were crazy and that we were stupid. Thought she was the only opinion that was correct and said we needed to replace all of our phone and didn’t give any other advice but spending an arm and a leg. She was not helpful and shouldn’t be in customer service if she can’t just be kind and provide solutions. Really unprofessional and rude. Shouldn’t be an issue like this but did so this sucks. Changes my opinion of AT&T…

I wish I could give them 0 stars. We came in to get a phone. The sales woman was gone for 10 minutes and couldn't find the phone we wanted. She of course says Liberty has them. Thanks for not even trying to help. We walked right outside and ordered it online. You missed a sale!

The store was not busy, which helped, but Mack came over and introduced himself immediately. He talked to me about my needs, made a few suggestions and showed me comparisons. Buying the phone and adding the line was fast and easy. Mack was extremely friendly and helpful.

Keyle was a super sweet and helpful lady! But AT&T needs new customer service people because they were TERRIBLE and not helpful. I fought with them for days and finally decided to go in person. So thankful for Keyle!

Last time I was here, the manager was more worried about his Door Dash delivery of wings than anything else. Now I'm sitting here waiting for a simple answer and he's too busy checking on the other two sales people, who appear to be doing fine, just leaving me & 3 other people sit.

Keyle was (and continues to be) very helpful. She was patient and explained everything and every step of the process. We switched our phones from Verizon and our internet from Xfinity. Gavin was great as well. Happy campers here!

Everything went great I also went back on 16 April 2022, I must tell you that the young lady that helped me was extraordinarily wonderful person and was extremely knowledgeable and should be complimented, even given a salary increase. If and when I go back to AT&T I will expect to find her to have help me. I thanked her at least 4 times on my way our of the store

Mack was extremely helpful. Most of my in-store experiences with any provider has been miserable, Mack Made our visit extremely painless. He was technically proficient, every question I had about the technology I was getting he gave me a very detailed and easy to understand explanation. Whatever you’re paying this guy, pay him more. Also, if he doesn’t wanna use his PopSocket I don’t think you should make him.
