Cheap, easy ,very friendly staff, I got my glasses within 2 weeks I was able to get my health card for my CDL and renew my license and I couldn't do it without new glasses thank you America's Best.

Absolutely will not be going back here. Ordered glasses, waited two weeks to get them. After having them for one day, the frames just broke out of no where. I was taking perfect care of them, and they just fell apart. $220 dollar glasses. When I called to complain about it, the worker (Rico) told me to relax… obviously I’m going to be upset about $220 dollar glasses being terrible quality and falling apart on their own. It’s very disrespectful for the worker to tell me to relax instead of understanding why this situation is so upsetting. Terrible customer service. I felt extremely disrespected. Look elsewhere if you want quality glasses and respectful humans.

When I walked in the staff quickly greeted me. My appointment started on time. They did a thorough job. Answered all me questions. They were all professional and knew what they were doing. GM Tori was also very helpful with my concerns and her explanation helped me with my concerns. Tori has a great store and it's a great location. I would recommend.

I went there with a problem from another ABC&E store where one particular employee was too difficult to deal with so it wasn't worth the aggravation. I met Torrie, the store manager and she resolved everything for me with a smile and superior customer service. If you choose ABC&E for your eyecare, I highly recommend that you go to the Blue Springs store. Thanks Torrie!

Front desk is extremely nice. First time seeing dr. Murphy and I’m extremely disappointed. He seemed knowledgeable for the most part but wouldn’t answer any of my questions. Said he didn’t have time because he didn’t want to miss lunch. This was after he told me I could possibly have a tumor in my eye. Lots of rude comments under his breath and I felt like I was an inconvenience the entire time. Thank goodness for the front desk, they were extremely nice and helpful as always! I hope he doesn’t treat his workers the way he did me!

The staff was helpful and Curtis. Very fast and efficient. I have had glasses since I was four and it was one of my best experiences. The glasses themselves are great, fit perfectly and I can see great. Very excited that I can see clearly again.

I love this group. They went above and beyond to help my 16 year old with contacts. They made sure that he got the class in the same day and everything was ordered so that we wouldn't have to make multiple trips. Extremely professional and caring. We were more than satisfied and impressed with this location.

My family is going through a difficult time and they went out of their way to do everything they could to fix my glasses after they broke in half. From Tammy's greeting and continuous laughs during my exam, Chelsea multi tasking from one customer to the next (not sacrificing excellent service in the least bit), Frankie walking my through my options and helping to guide me to the best for for me, all while getting to know ME, to Torrie making sure my order was perfect, and making me feel like a part of the family, and even the doctor himself...I have to say, THIS WAS AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. These ladies worked as a team in a busy atmosphere with ease (even when one customer's sense of entitlement shined BRIGHT!) Each of them played their positions, and made my time easy and fun. WORD OF ADVICE TO THE PUBLIC... WHEN SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS, MAKE SURE YOU ALLOT YOURSELF TIME TO WAIT! ESPECIALLY DOCTORS APPOINTMENTS OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING EYE)! I was SO upset to see a customer rudely complain (loudly) about his wait, and then threaten to call corporate on his way out, and his wait was NO LONGER than anyone else's! However, Torrie handled it with a smile, and EXCELLENT customer service! This location services so many small surrounding cities, and I think you are all AMAZING! One monkey doesn't stop the show! THANK YOU LADIES (and gentleman) for my experience! I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK FOR ALL MY VISION NEEDS!
