I’ve ordered from this papa johns for years, I’ve been a loyal customer. But even when they mess up they down own up to their mistakes and make it right. I’ve worked in customer service myself and usually am willing to be understanding but lately their service has been terrible. They canceled my order because the driver couldn’t read basic instructions on which side of the street my home was. And said it would be an hour before they were able to deliver. I missed the drivers phone call by 5 minutes.

I wanted to pick up/carry out and for whatever reason it's not even an option. Can only do delivery from here as of today. I ordered at 7:18 and it wasn't delivered until 8:41. Completely unacceptable. Pizza was barely warm.

Placed an order for delivery at 5:15. It said it would be ready in 37-47 minutes. At 6:15 and still no delivery I tried calling the store and got a recording saying they were closed. There was nothing I could do at that point because I couldn’t find my order on my account and the email I received didn’t haven’t an option for a cancellation. Tried placing another order to see what would happen and it said my store was temporarily closed. Decided to give up and had to leave to go pick something else up for everyone. As I was on my way I got a text saying my pizza was on the way. While I was out getting something else the pizza was delivered at 7:15. TWO hours after I placed my order from a store that stated they were closed. How was I supposed to know my pizza was actually going to be delivered after finding out the place was “closed” I didn’t even touch the pizza because I had no idea if it had been sitting out for over an hour or not! Awful awful service. Covid has turned people into the laziest workers ever!

Just want to say thank ypu so much to Hannah! She is awesome! Had a huge order for our business and needed them by 11:30am...she had them ready right on time and with very little advance notice. Great customer service and smiles the whole time!

Ordered a pizza here & they called the police.. I ordered $80 worth of pizza & waited in the parking lot & the police showed up. I never went in. I ordered online. This is the America we live in

Employees had absolutely no idea what was going on. Asking for very simple things like a few extra peppers absolutely just baffled the girl at the counter, and they yelled at us for coming in the wrong door that was propped open. We asked for meat lovers minus the sausage and still got sausage on the pizza. Our garlic cheesy bread had little to no cheese on it. Not a good experience

Called in my order for pickup. The price was too high for carry out! And when I got home to eat the pizza, the veggies on the pizza were cold, like they had been frozen and didn't cook thoroughly. Not happy at all with the quality of the pizza. Won't be going back.

Ordered delivery at 5:02pm. Using their tracking the pizza was out of the oven at 5:19. Pizza was delivered at 5:59. Surprise, surprise, surprise the pizza was room temperature. My favorite thing about pizza is that is hot food, not room temperature food. I was located only 3.7 miles from the store. I'm sure there was other deliveries but holy heck, room temperature pizza? Unacceptable service and it ruined the final product. Order delivery from another pizza place if you want it hot.

Papa John's is our favorite and we've been ordering from this location for over a decade - until recently, I always highly recommended, however management has changed in the last year and what was once the best delivery pizza is now a total disappointment...and the staff are beyond rude. Whatever happened to trying to please the customer? We are loyal customers that order nearly once a week, but I guess loyalty gets you nowhere with this company. I'm appalled by the attitude and LACK of service received this evening. Now back to my dinner that I can't eat and they won't replace...
