Labcorp couldn't take five minutes to change their google listing to say "temporarily closed" for their Palo Alto location, nor is their any notification in their phone system or on their website. No one answers the phone, you just get a recorded loop. You are supposed to just show up and when you do, there is a collection of signs on the door giving COVID protocol and office hours and at the very bottom, not at eye level like the other signs, is a "Service Notice" at the bottom of which, in small writing (for a sign) is: office temporarily closed. Pathetic.

I had an appointment here and the lab technician was so rude. He first asked me if I had a printed doctors order which is not required , because you can pull up the order from the system. And when I said I didn’t have the printed order and he can pull up from my account, he literally shouted at me saying what a hassle it is.

Just went there here a semi-quantitative Covid antibody test. Rodell was courteous and professional, able to quickly find my veins and the blood draw was over within just a few minutes. I got my results the very next day. Clean, professional, overall a positive experience.

Great service. Visited this lab twice in the last months and the process was really smooth. I went once with an appointment for a routine blood work and the person working here was really fast at collecting the blood sample. I also went here with no appointment and I was helped in a matter of 1-2 minutes. Location was clean and the staff member professional.

I went to this lacorp location today because the nearest one to me closed down because of COVID. This facility is much nicer than the one I was going to. It's clean and has either a chair or the bed, which I appreciate, since I sometimes get dizzy sitting upright in the chair. The phlebotomist is also very pleasant and asked me if I wanted to sit or lie down. Because of how friendly he is I will be making this my go to lapcorp from now on. It's worth the extra minutes of driving to have a good experience. I wish all labcorps were like this one.

I hate getting blood drawn, but the guy that works here is very nice, experienced, and quick so it’s as good of an experience as possible. Oh, they have a medical table so they can do the work while you lay down, which is a big help.

Friendly, efficient, accommodating. I went in just a little after 8AM today. With one person ahead of me, I was done within about 20 minutes of entering.
