The worst experience i ever had i had my two year old son appointment for blood test and she grab n force my baby so bad i just cancel the appointment the staff had some mental issues would not recommend to go there

My son had an appointment and was told he didnt and was sent away. He had an appointment but did not have the code with him because he left his phone at home. He was dismissed the second time he went in and told he had probably made the appointment for the wrong location instead of being apologized to and then told he could not stand by for a morning appointment. Rude and dismissive staff! Will not ever send one of my family here or myself ever!

Appointment was at 9:45, waited till 11 to be seen, at which point they tell me they are closed and I would have to reschedule. Had to leave and reschedule. Absolute waste of time.

The worst experience I ever had with any place I’ve ever been to. I had an electronic blood work slip on me and that had been previously accepted at several locations but the staff is rude and not helpful. I had to call my doctor’s office to send them a fax and my doctor’s office confirmed over the phone they sent it twice but the young girl in her 20’s was making fun out of the situation yelling no paperwork yet. Worst service experience I think Quest should train their employees to offer some good service as this is so far my worst experience with anyone. Never coming back to such bad location

I think this is why the ADA was for.I was 40 min early due to medical transport and was told I could NOT wait in the waiting room. I was told to wait out of the office. I'm disabled and cannot get around the best plus having to fast for 12hrs I was extremely weak. I had to leave before my appointment due to having to walk around to the other side of the building and being dizzy cause there wasn't any place close I could sit.

Had to walk from Elica health center to Quest lab here. I was told they take walk INS, I was lied to, gotta have appointment for blood work. Walked down here for nothing.

Terrible service. I have tried to get lab work twice now and their system is always down. Both times I took off work and fasted for 12 hrs for nothing. The staff are not helpful and laughed off the fact their internet was down. I can’t understand why they wouldn’t print their lab orders for their scheduled appts the day before since they know their internet goes down frequently. The lack of consideration is consistent with the “not my problem” attitude that permeates American healthcare. It’s disgusting

My husband has had his last 3 labs drawn by Tammy at the 2101 Stone Blvd location and she is wonderful. We love going to her. She is calm, welcoming and always makes us feel at ease. Great attitude and customer service. Xo

Staff is rude… website and when you call says walk ins welcome, but they are not. Will no longer be using this lab, and I suggest nobody else does either. I love the form letter response that you send to everyone, and pretty sure nothing will happen since your rating is a 3.4

This location is amazing! Super clean, and very friendly. I didn’t have an appointment, but I had been fasting anyways and had the day off work so the lady at the front desk squeezed me in. I truly appreciated it! ❤️
