Totally agree with all assessments given the hard time I've had just trying to schedule an appointment. Every time I select and available time it tells me that the time that was available is not availalbe and to select another. After 7 different tries for a time that was available, I finally tried calling but again hit a wall. I then tried calling doctor services thinking that they must at least care about not offending doctors and that line didn't pick up either and had no voicemail set up. This has to be the worst run facility based on my experience and those of others.

I'm very pleased with Quest in Rancho Santa Margarita. Today I had Blood work done and Denise was the Best. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. She puts you at ease during the procedure. For me the location is perfect, as we live in Mission Viejo.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. If I could give 0 stars I would. Staff was rude and they have a new policy about walk-ins that is not explained on the website nor in the check-in process. Waited for 30 minutes before anyone even mentioned anything then had to knock on the door for a staff to speak to me. They explained the process with frustration and hostility. Ridiculous.

Place is dirty, gross, rude employees, average wait is 4 hours for a walk in, when they’re empty and not doing anything. Place is a joke. Literally pick any other location, or better yet a LabCorp.

Very efficient and friendly. Texted to check in when I arrived and waited in my car. They texted me that it was my turn less than 10 minutes later, I walked in and was taken right back. Will definitely come here again.

If I can give 0 star I would. I have arrived at 0605 am I had to get my blood test done after taking medicine. They had only 1 employe young man he was working hard but couldn’t catch up . The other blonde women was very slow . I had to wait over an hour . Very poor service shame on corporate pigs that do anything to line their pockets and treating the patients and their employees poorly. And please don’t reply with some stupid reason. This is not the first time

Would tell me they had the orders to draw my labs; I show up after fasting for 12 hours and they wouldn't have the orders..TWICE! The woman who is sometimes at the front desk was incredibly rude and inappropriate; I'd like to either see a different company replace this one or they need to over-haul some of their employees who are incompetent & rude. Further, if you consistently see 5 star reviews and that person has only given 1 or 2 reviews, you can pretty much figure that's it's a fake paid for review by an employee...I know how this works...lot of fake reviews here to prop up rating. If you must use Quest due to your insurance coverage...go to a different location...this location has some employees give false information and treat patients/clients disrespectfully...it's abusive to have people fast for 12 hours needlessly & need lab results!

I am a Cardiologist and the Quest at Rancho Santa Marguerita branch has made numerous mistakes regarding an order that i sent in for one of my patients who had an appointment with me today. They messed up her labs and missed checking labs that I ordered stating she refused which is a blatant! She had to cancel her appointment with me today and reschedule it due to the mistake on the part of Quest. I tried to call Quest and each time, it asked if I was a physician and wanted to speak with a representative, I went through a 9 step procedure and when I finally was told that i am being transferred to a representative, it was a voicemail. Absolutely inappropriate and unacceptable. I will not recommend this branch to any of my patients again!

Don’t go here! June 19 th went as walk in for a routine fasting blood test! Girl standing outside took my temperature and checked me in said it would be a hour! Go wait in my car because only 3 chairs inside and those are for people with appointments! After a hour put my mask back on and got out of my car and asked why I wasn’t txt yet because it had been a hour? Then she looked at me over her mask and lied to my face by saying she said it would be a hour and a half to two hours? I said you told me a hour! She said well! I’ve been telling everyone a hour and a half to 2 hours! I txt my husband when she said a hour! I only went here because it’s closest to my house and morning fasting is hard on me because I also can’t take medication and getting up at 6:30-7 to drive down there takes 10 to 15 minutes! Made appointment at lab Corp for July 2 for 8:45AM I don’t care if it’s further ! Hopefully I get treated better?
