This Kohl's has a fantastic staff that go above and beyond in customer service! The store is clean and well organized and deserves our local support. We have seen what happened to Bed Bath and Beyond. Although there were other factors in this chains mass closings. Lets not allow that to happen to this anchor store in RSM and shop here. The deals are good.

They had what I needed. Their phone app keeps getting better, you can tell the app what coupons to use and it will generate a QR code to pay with. Scanning the QR code at the counter applies the coupons and pays using your Kohl's card. That's pretty awesome.

Dropped off a Amazon return. Nice people. Got a $5.00 store credit for dropping it off. Okay? Bought a t-shirt on sale for $9.00 but it only cost $4 because of the coupon. What a deal! 😃👍🏼

Kohls is great , at least for mens clothes. Their clearance section is loaded with good stuff. The store is always clean. They are a bit desperate on kitchen items, but this is a good choice for shopping.
