Really bad customer service I will close all my account with them

Walked in bank to open a new account. One customer at teller and one talking to banker. Two employees available. One asked what I needed and I replied open a new account. He asked if I had an appt and I replied no. He said I could not open an account without an appt. Are there any banks that offer customer service any longer????? Needless to say U S Bank will not have my new bank account.

The ATMs at this branch never work. I could see if one was down, both both???

Really nice people who are always willing to help. I visit at least twice a month and I have had nothing but great service!

Walked in to ask a question about why my online deposit won't work. Three people sitting at desks typing away, one on the phone greeted me.. Another said be with you in a minute, after 3 minutes she's still busy typing went to the counter to deposit and decided to ask my question on the phone. Customer service is lacking, you can always type later people in front of you should take priority. Glad I do most of my banking at B of A.
