The first picture on their site of a suburban was not ready to sell the Jeep Grand Cherokee larado that’s been sitting in the front row of the dealership for over 2 months was also unavailable to test drive or see or sell so if you’re looking for a vehicle to buy don’t go here the vehicles they have for sale aren’t for sale I tried to set up an appointment for both vehicles and was told neither could be tested and they were still working on them why list them if you can’t buy or view and test drive them I was ready to buy local and ended up going to Elizabethtown to buy my car which was listed and actually ready to sell out just don’t know why you would post vehicles that you can’t buy

Thinking about purchasing a used vehicle at a local dealership in order to support small businesses? Steer clear of Automotive Toystore. Purchased a GMC Terrain on May 26th, first time driving the vehicle on May 27th the tire blew from a shotty patch job, and by June 10th the transmission went completely while attempting to merge into a very busy intersection, causing complete chaos. These snakes sold me this vehicle with my two month old infant son sitting beside me. The upside to this entire situation is that the car died fast enough to be covered under their pre-owned warranty which included roadside assistance. However, It is currently June 20th and I do not have my vehicle. Update (7/7/21) after posting my review I received a lovely phone call from an employee there telling me to take down my review because it was “bad for business”. I said I could not and would not do that because that was my experience and I felt it was important to share it so others could make an informed decision before making such a large purchase. I did, however, tell the lovely woman that I would update my review when I got my car back. I got it back today. Here’s your update. Update 9/7/21 car broke down again. Attempted to contact this shop in an effort to have them purchase the vehicle back for the price I paid, as this is lemon law territory. They did not answer. Couldn’t leave a voicemail. This was how I got their attention last time. Will update.

I gave a review already, but that was before all the issues experienced! If I could give less then 1 star I would! I purchased a 08 Acadia at good used price, there was a faulty inspection, and multiple issues in regards to safety issues and road worthy issues. I have been trying to do things the right way and give me Albert a chance to fix his wrong, after all I was honest about my trade in regards to the lifter tick it had outside of that a nice running vehicle, he was not honest about what he sold me!!!! He told me he would make it right, and take care of the bill from the garage all, to ditch the bill on me the last second because he didn’t like the cost. It wouldn’t have been that and the vehicle would have been a fair and worthy trade if he did not have the vehicle faulty inspection and parts never replaced. He screamed at me and the mechanic over the phone cursed all on speaker while my Autistic son was present as he became upset asking him to stop. I have had meltdowns since yesterday because of a promise I made my son, but unable to do so because I cannot get my vehicle back from the garage, due to the cost. I’m angry and I want this wrong made right or I will be taking further legal action as per “37 PA code 301.” In regards to vehicle unable to pass state inspection. Due to suspension, tires(that blew out on me at 3am), brakes, warped out of spec rotors, and a rotted rear bumper support.

Bought a new to me 08 GMC Acadia a few days ago, drove for while everything ran great! I was having a starting issue yesterday, but after a few minutes it was fine, and have since drove it with no problems. Great price for the vehicle I bought fully loaded minus a sunroof, but very happy with the purchase. Thank you!

Bought a vehicle from this place, they didn’t tell me about the two accidents it was in or the fact that the sun roof didn’t work or that they didn’t replace the spare tire, nor did they give me the key to my locking lug nuts. Also there was a problem with the engine they failed to mention, remote start didn’t work and it took FOREVER to put gas in it. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

First of all, I regret having to give them one star. I purchased an Escalade there a few weeks ago. I drove it to and from work the next day, 80 miles. Never made it home from work on the second day. The heater core outlet hose connector broke off. No coolant. Overheated. I called the dealer immediately. I was told the owner isn't there, they have no one to send and they have no mechanic. I called my regular mechanic to come and tow it and go over the car very well but earlier that day I stopped for gas and that's when I smelled the fuel leak which explains why the tank was about 1/4 full at purchase. The heater hose was no one's fault. It's a used car. I expected some issues. As for the fuel leak, there is no excuse. Someone could die because of it. To cut this nightmare a bit shorter, many problems we're discovered and I agree with my mechanic. At the end, it cost just under $1800.00 to repair, so far. I did purchase the car "as is" but it makes no difference because since then I connected with two different people who did purchase a warranty and were ignored in exactly the same way. After the fact, I've been told many horror stories about this dealership. I've also been told they like to threaten people who give them a bad review and I honestly hope that is true because I'll be sitting right here waiting for a threat. BRING IT!!!

We drove 2.5 hours from Corning, NY. On the way we hit a deer in our 2018 Hyundai Tucson. Our insurance company was ridiculous and we were very upset. Debbie who works at the dealership stayed with us for almost 2 hours after they were closed and made sure we were safe. She genuinely cared for us and was very sympathetic towards us. This woman is very kind and treated us like family. I hope we get approved for the car. I will be leaving a 5 star review on Google just based off the generosity she showed us being stranded on Thanksgiving eve. 5 stars!

Little over a year ago I traded a 2016 Chevy Trax in for a 2008 Honda Ridgeline here. Just a bit ago I had the truck in for an oil change and new tires. Underneath the undercoating was peeling but nothing major. Turns out this past week was attempting to get it inspected and the undercoating fell off. Was unable to get the truck inspected due to body/frame rot that was covered up with the undercoating. Had the truck just over a year and less then 100,000 miles on it and can’t get it inspected. Highly disappointed and wouldn’t recommend.

We Just bought my Chevy equinox there and the service and the people were friendly and great to deal with. I will be recommending them to anyone looking for a new used car. I would give them 5 stars but the only con was when my mother signed the paperwork for the vehicle it wasnt noticed until papers were signed and I saw it a day later when I had time to review the paperwork, that they bumped up the price on the vehicle. Said SUV Was advertised, price was posted in the vehicle and also written on our original breakdown all as $10,995 but final paperwork they bumped it up to $11,995. Besides that bump they have very nice staff, a great place, great prices, nice cars, etc...

Bought a 2010 jeep wrangler from there about a month ago. I thought it was nice of them to go get it inspected as I finished up the paperwork. The low tire pressure warning light on when I took it home but they told me they just filled them and they are good, just cold. The tires continued to lose air so I took to the garage where they told me I needed all new tires NOW because they were completely unsafe and nowhere near passable.
