Every 3 months I have my car waxed at the Penfield location. I live right around the corner from the Irondequoit branch, but I've had the best luck and respect at this location, for several years. This morning, I went there, had my car washed, waxed, and some interior cleaning. Juwaun and Mark took care of my car. They did an "Excellent" job. Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming

I’ve visited this delta sonic many times and have done some of the interior cleaning. It’s also primary place I go to get gas for my vehicle. Interior cleaning have been okay but have had better service at other delta sonics in Rochester and Buffalo. They also close at 7 but turn off the gas pumps 30 mins early which seems a bit crazy to me. That was my experience tonight. I’m not sure if I’ll keep going to this one since I’ve had way better experience at the other locations.

I had an amazing experience here! I was preparing for a roadtrip and stopped by for an oil change beforehand. It was my first time at a Delta Sonic and I was helped by Bob, Alex, and Tyler; they were amazing!! They were all super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about what I needed to do to best prepare my car for a long driving trip and they were super fast as well. I'd definitely reccomend this spot, the customer service from Bob, Alex, & Tyler was so amazing that I'll be going out of my way to come back to this location! Service: Oil change

Nick, Bob, and Alex were fantastic. Things were busy on the Saturday morning I brought our car in for an oil change. From the start they were up front with how long the wait would be. Nick, Bob, and Alex worked quickly and kept me updated on the progress. I was notified of the services that were performed and the what additional services were recommended. Bob and Nick provided great customer service while servicing my car for an oil change. They identified items on my van which needed repair, and they replaced them. Reasonably priced. I appreciated the walk-around inspection of my van just as nicer Spring weather is getting started. They identified items that may have became unserviceable through the winter months. Big thanks to them both for a job well-done!

I have gone to this Delta Sonic for my last few oil changes due to its proximity to my office, and I've always been pleased with the service. This last time I was on a time crunch during my lunch break, and was helped very quickly by the team of Bob, Nick, and Alex. I was immediately greeted with a genuine smile, they discovered what I was in for, and did a great (fast) job. Each team member was smiling and everyone was in good spirits. It was a great experience, which I have come to expect from them time after time. Keep up the good work!

I was just about to head off on a very long road trip and needed a tire rotation, oil change along with a check on one of my tires which had been receiving a low pressure alert for weeks. I was very concerned because I had to make several trips back-and-forth to the Adirondacks with my three children. The team at Delta sonic (Alex, Nate, Dave, Robert, along with Avery) went above and beyond to help repair my tire, service everything but most importantly provided tremendous peace of mind before we hit the road. This is what happens when you take a brand new car through Delta Sonic Car Wash. Royal Car Wash - Rochester NY has great deals going under that undercut Delta Sonic Car Wash by over half depending on the wash and do 10x the job cleaning the vehicles and the power driers are so good you do not need to tip for a poor excuse of a towel dry after. Delta Sonic Car Wash did not want to keep my business after 15 years. If you love a scratched up brand new car, and you love rude and do nothing customer service Delta Sonic Car Wash is the place for you! ****This is my response to Delta Sonic**** Literally no one with this establishment seemed to care that this happened. I even asked the district manager if he reviewed my video, pictures, and supporting documents to which he said no. I wasted time to come in on lunch to make me feel like I was crazy. He had no intentions of making anything right. I have been going to Delta Sonic weekly for years. You have heard from me a couple of times over the years with complaints at most and had nothing to do with damaging a vehicle. I was told there is no way the car wash could damage my car. How do we know that a dirty rag did not do it wiping my car off? I also know that car wash has damaged cars and had claims paid. I would think there would be some good will considering how often I use Delta Sonic and the employees see me there daily spending money on many different services. Instead of keeping a long term customer, you made me an enemy. I could of asked to have my fender and bumper painted and my expensive Jaguar headlight replaced from scratches. I wanted my Ceramic coat replaced i just put on my car 4 weeks ago for 1200.00 since most but not all scratches came out. I was trying to be a reasonable person. I gave him a bill from the dealership of what it cost me to have that reapplied and the scratches wet sanded and buffed out of my vehicle. Instead I get a car wash coupon in the mail. That is like a big F U considering the wash is what did that to my car in the first place. If there is no going to be no action or resolution except a coupon I need to know where to send papers because I will have it all done the proper way and then go to court. I did not want to go down that road but considering I just spend 70k on a vehicle that is what I will do. I am horrified that it has gotten to this point with a establishment I have used all the time my entire adult life.

Seems like quantity overall quality lately- and not just with this Delta Sonic. I have unlimited and after a muddy weekend, went through the wash twice. Second time through I got all the extras- rain x, body gloss, and tire dressing. Got home to see several areas missed. Streaks on the windshield too. Not sure if this Unlimited is worth it if the quality of care isn't upkept. Sorry, I love giving great reviews, just couldn't do it today.
