So I've been to this location three times trying to get my car inspected. Today I called before I went arrive there at 5:20 PM maybe three cars there the manager Jimmy than approaches my vehicle, and states he's no longer taking any more vehicles today he closes at 6 o'clock and he's going home at 6 o'clock. Quite rudely to be honest with you I've been advised him I been here three times was just advise you do inspections up until 6 PM condescending arrogant could care less begins to walk away and then I put my car in reverse went in and reported him to the store manager that something I would normally do. Put the laziness and the arrogant of the so-called manager of a lube shop it's a prime example of why our world is the way it is today nobody wants to work. I will never ever go to this location again after this review will do anything but honestly if it's for my business that was the last person that would be in charge and then if I'm pulling out he's even glaring at me as I'm pulling out class act. This is who you have running your business Delta sonic good luck

Went to go get a NYS inspection and oil change. The guy Jimmy that works in the auto shop, came up to my car and was incredibly rude and kept talking down to me. I will not be getting my car serviced here due to him making me uncomfortable.

The full synthetic oil change was smooth and quick. I didn't have to leave the car. The Technicians were congenial and kept me informed. Great customer service, thank you

I went for express detailing, my car seats were little dirty they did shampoo clean for seats as well as carpets. They look good now. After long time the dashboard was clean and placed wax on it so over all I liked it. It would cost around $160 which is bit pricy. In some of the places I saw price range from 99 to 129. So compared to them it is bit pricy.

Absolutely! My truck is always still dirty when I leave specifically in the back. When I intentionally hold the line, roll my window and ask them to spray the back they don't. Also they don't wipe my car down well and I'm a good tipper! Thanks for asking!

Their dryer melted the front grille of my car and they refuse to release the videos of before and after on my vehicle to claim they did not damage my car. Very poor customer service. Lack common decency. Don’t trust your car with them. Since I can’t reply to your comment. Of course I have contacted the claims department. They are the ones saying this was previous damage caught on video. Then customer service won’t send the video to me or my insurance company.

It's busy to annual inspection. Called and confirmed earliest time is 9am. On site, the staff told me no one told you 9am, it is 10am. Then start to sell me service and point number of consuming items. I asked would that fail the inspection? He said I don't know. I really lack of confidence to them due to concerning their honest.

Best wash and value around. The new super kiss plus members building is pretty cool for those of us who like drying and doing minor detail after a wash. Only suggestion I'd give for that building is to provide drying towels, but it's certainly not a complaint.
