Mediocre at best. At least I found some zip-up hoodies for my elementary-aged granddaughter. My highschool-aged grandson turned his nose up at the men's pants selection. He doesn't wear jeans because of sensory issues, and there was a large array of soft and relaxed athletic pants, but the styles were tacky.

they've changed their order & shipping policies. WAITing 5 days and order still not shipped. no way to learn when it will be. NO WAY TO CANCEL. will hate it all IF it ever shows up, WILL NEVER SHOP OLD NAVY AGAIN

Double-checked label; one item was rejected. Was not notified (email or in-person) that it couldn't be fulfilled...poor communication. Received email with order details after calling & speaking to store employee.
