Even if you go in at 9am when it opens it’s a mess. Workers standing around chatting moaning about management who should moan if your actually being a slob! Or there on their phones while the clothing from the day before is thrown all over the place like photo attached taken at 9:15am. Management need to get some order in place and the working staff need to take some pride in having a job. Dress for less in our mess!!! You could also say the people who do this need to stop being so slack / lazy too.

Fantastic greeting from the afternoon cashier, the Amazon pick up station is placed right at entrance and gives just enough glance at the store to browse after if you want. Easy pick up process in and out. Thanks you for your partnership and know it helped as I was in the shopping center already! Follow us for more posts.. Fundraiser outside, but credit or debit only....catch it next time...

I am a plus size person, and it is very hard to find good clothes for a decent price. I can always count on this Ross to have something I like for a great deal. The staff have always been very helpful, and kind even in this crazy covid mess.

The truth is there are many things, clothes, kitchen utensils, underwear and much more, but when it comes to paying it is chaos, the line is very large and there are not many cashiers.

A disappointment for Ross. Most stores I visit in different states are much cleaner and have more varieties in the shoe department as well as the clothes especially the jackets. Fashion is left out at this Ross. Shelves were in array and employees didn't seem to happy.

This has to be one of the worst Ross stores. So after being checked out and as I'm heading out the door the snor thing goes off and I'm like whoops I guess you forgot to take a sensor off my clothes so the lady helps me get one thing out so I test the bag again and a sensor goes off and I'm digging through my bag trying to find the sensor NOT one lady attempted to stop what they were doing to help me get the sensor off and then I tested my bag the third time and there was another item that needed to be taken out and again no one helps they just continue working or wait for me to present them the garment that needs the sensor being removed. It doesn't take much to have 1 person scan files ensuring the clothes are all over the floors. Also, every 30mins someone needs to go inspect the bathrooms because its gross. Also there was a women following us through every aisle when she really needs to be arranging her product on the shelf instead of worrying about me and MY CART of merchandise open for the world to see that I'm not untrustworthy. This store is garbage and a complete mess. Management should be embarassed at this stores condition. Customer service and care lacks with this store. I will never return to this store and dont recommend it.

This store was a mess!!! Clothes all over the place works really didn’t care and the bathroom were horrible and the whole staff where females. While checking out the cashier left 3 tags on the clothes and left it up to the customer to find the sensors while she rung up another customer. Truly disappointed with the customer service and presentation at this establishment.
