Great service. We have a family member who is lactose intolerant, so we made a note to have a pizza with no sauce. They made it a point to ensure they made it correctly. They are attentive to details and want to deliver outstanding customer service. This is our pizza place now. Beats any Domino's or Papa John's around!

We had supper here and it was so delicious. We ordered 2 Calzone's and salads. It was the best I've ever had. I live 25 minutes away and it was well worth the drive. I highly recommend Papa's Pizza to go

Ordered a large deluxe to pick up at about 6:30 PM. They said would be 25 minutes. I arrived in about 10 minutes and paid for the pizza. Watched as the cashier/cook removed the pizza from the oven and sat it on a counter next to the ovens. The cashier/cook waited on three walk-in customers and took two phone orders before boxing up our pizza and handed it to me. When I got home the pizza was barely lukewarm and was cold when I went back for a second slice. Poor service.

Friendly and helpful staff is really what keeps our hometown pizzeria around and for that we are appreciative. A little staple in Crawford. Our family enjoys the Chicken philly and the piggy sticks!

I placed an online order at 1:30ish for a 6:45 pick-up. The order was confirmed on site and via email. The amount was deducted from my bank account immediately. When I arrived at 6:45 to pick up the pizza, there was no pizza. The man behind the counter said the order had "just come in." I did not have time to wait so I asked for the order to be cancelled and my money refunded. No one knew how to do that, so they had to call someone else and get instructions. The refund, the man said, would take 2-4 days. I will never go back.

Absolutely terrible experience. First time ordering pizza here. Way over priced, I’d rather go spend have the price for a better quality pizza at dominoes and a larger size. I paid $15 for a small, then waited 30 minutes (why call It “to go” if you’re no prepared for orders to go) just look at these pictures. Cut terribly and one of the slices doesn’t even have sauce, cheese, just one piece of pepperoni, it’s just a slice of bread. Will never waste time and money again on this dump of a place
