This was our first big move after living in our home for over 15 years. We worked with Fran, at the office, and she really set the tone for professionalism and friendliness! She was very responsive and patient with us as we went through the moving process with One Move Movers. Our moving crew of 4 was lead by Alex, who was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He took the time to review all the items needing to be packed/moved and explain it to the crew. He was good with our kids, even answering their questions as well. The crew was efficient with their time and gentle with our things. We really appreciated all their hard work and recommend them to everyone!

We had a phenomenal experience with Alex and his crew. They were courteous, super nice, respectful, super careful with our things and did a great job packing the house. They were much faster than i thought; they packed up the house quickly and showed up the next morning as scheduled to finish the moving. They were again incredibly careful with our stuff and careful not to bump into things at new house. All in all, we could not be happier with Alex and his crew. Fantastic job and we will certainly recommend them to others!!

Moving in general is such a stressful event which I was not looking forward to doing. Hiring One Move made the physical move less stressful than anticipated. There were a few calls to gather information, ask questions, and get a custom quote for the move out of a 3 bedroom house. They were always quick to respond to any questions and always followed up to make sure I had all the info I needed. Based on their online reviews, responsiveness, and professionalism, I decided to book with them. Our move was completed yesterday and I am so glad I book with One Move. The guys on the team were awesome and hard working. All were very friendly and I was assured by the foreman that I was in good hands and they would take care of everything. They were constantly moving and working like machines, going above and beyond what I had expected. They were so good that they even finished sooner than originally estimated. I highly recommend One Move to anyone looking to book a moving company!

We just used One Move Movers on 5/31/2022 and they were AWESOME! Scheduled just one week in advance of our move, a team of 3 arrived on time and called 15 minutes before arrival. All were very courteous, friendly and extremely professional. They wrapped all furniture properly and were very careful with every piece and every box, but very fast and efficient at the same time. The price was exactly as originally quoted, no extras and no games. Not a scratch in the original house or new apartment. Great customer service and contact before the move the provide confidence everything was scheduled as expected. I definitely recommend One Move Movers and we'll be using them again in 6 weeks when we move from our temporary apartment to a permanent apartment!

Alejandro and his team (Mario & Francisco) went beyond the expectation of what we wanted. We went from a flat two bedroom apartment to a three-story two bedroom townhouse with stairs. They made a huge effort to getting all of our stuff up those long stairs two flights. I can't thank them enough with their hard work and their carefulness and trying to get all of our property up to our living quarters. I highly recommend this team they are very generous and very hard-working! Again, hire this team!

We’ve used this company twice, and both times have been phenomenal. Today, our movers Alex, Victor and Francisco were quick, responsive, and very careful with all of our furniture. They went well under the time estimate (and charged only for the amount of time they took), and everything was transported without damage or other issues. Very high quality of service - will definitely prioritize them for our next move as well!

Alex and his team arrived on time and worked tirelessly throughout the day. They wrapped all the furniture, tv's, wall art and took great care of our belongings. They went above and beyond moving some extra items from our garage that we had stored there. The price originally quoted was honored and we were not taken advantage of with extra costs for boxes and wrapping that other movers make their money on.
