We were in a real tight spot with scheduling and OCD really helped us out by moving their schedule around last minute (read: same day!) to help us hit our move out date. I can't say how much this helped us (saved us really) and we owe a debt of gratitude to Daniel and his crew for being so accommodating in the eleventh hour. It's pretty incredible. Also, his crew were straight up next-level legit packers and movers. So fast, so careful, so talented, so nice, so fun to work with. Great team, great service, great energy. OCD has moved me twice and I would recommend them to anyone. They arrived on time and both crews were efficient, careful and friendly. The hallmark of a great business are the people who work there and the culture the owner has fostered. You can tell the guys really liked and respected Daniel (the owner) and wanted to do him proud. I've used OCD Moving Services twice: the first time was phenomenal, but I had a less stellar experience this past weekend. It was still fine -- nothing appears to have been damaged, and the crew was pleasant to me -- but I just didn't get the top-tier moving experience feel that I had last time and hoped for based on how well-reviewed OCD Moving Services is. (1) The cost was the biggest thing: it cost about $700 when they moved us into our last 2 bedroom apartment, but $1450 to move out of it? We did acquire a bit more furniture, but the amount of stairs was the same between moves. We hired 3 movers instead of 2, but it still somehow took significantly more time. I'm not sure how they came up with the dramatically different "not to exceed" price, but they didn't explain it much and I forgot to inquire. (2) The professionalism was really lacking. I saw two of the guys vaping while loading my belongings onto a truck, and the crew smelled like smoke, which is not ideal for people moving your furniture. My other moving experiences have also had the crew be super proactive in asking i.e. whether you like how the rug was laid out, etc., whereas instead I had to ask them to change things. This last bit could be because I was very tired/low energy. Additionally, I at one point was locked out in a garage and was knocking on the door to please be let in, and they did not let me in, which was just not very nice. Again, overall, it was still fine, I would just maybe ask them about their estimated service cost and be prepared to be proactive in telling your crew exactly how to arrange your items.

They are the best! Period We had a very bad experience with another moving company. So I called OCD. Not only did one of the guys come out to look at our house on his day off. It was with in an hour of the phone call. That was awesome. Then on loading day 4 guys and the owner came to the house and just handled it all. They worked non-stop and got our whole house loaded. Amazing work ethic and all we're very cool people. They reassured us that the truck will be in rough the next day. No transferring from truck to truck. No extra steps. And 2 of the guys that loaded also delivered. They stayed with our stuff and I had a 1967 camaro on the back of the truck on their trailer too. All was delivered when they said Biggest plus not a single thing broken. Not one dish or glass. And like 2 boxes got a little squished. But again nothing damaged nothing broken. As far as moving companies go if you don't have a quote from OCD you don't really care about your stuff? We have told at least 5 people about them and will only ever recommend OCD for moving in the whole San Francisco Bay area. I could go on and on and on. All of them rocked!

OCD Moving Services is the absolute best & they will take care of everything. Hire them & stress less! We moved during summer 2021 which was a high-demand season during COVID. Most companies were all booked. OCD movers coordinate my multi-city move & their prices were competitive. They didn't have a ton of hidden additional fees & rules like other moving companies. On the day of the move, the team was courteous, swift, and respectful. Everything was packed, organized, and moved with care. White glove service is how I’d describe their services. I didn't have to worry about any items or my property being damaged. The team communicated well with me, each other and worked as a cohesive team to ensure a seamless move. They also stored our items for a month while we transitioned across the state before relocating us. Every team member is so helpful & you will work with the owner, Daniel directly and support a local Bay area business! Thank you for everything! We couldn't have completed this move during a stressful time without you & your 5- Star team!!!!
