I have tried every way to contact this guy short of going down, which I can't because I work typical work hours. Has not responded to a single email, answered any phone calls, or returned any messages. Edit: I was finally able to get a hold of someone after several attempts in a row and my issue was resolved. If the next time I have to speak to someone goes well, I will raise my rating. If it is just as difficult, I will leave it as is. Edit #2: Probably a year later. Couldn't reach anyone at this office. I pay way too much to put up with this kind of customer service.

Quickly transfered my insurance plan. Walked in and walked out with the new insurance plan for the new state. Will continue to use. Staff were polite and plesent to work with. Will continue to use Allstate as my car insurance.

I am not sure where to start with how much I love Allstate and Richard and his excellent, professional staff! Each time I have called they have been polite and friendly and able to answer my questions. If they can’t answer they will call me back with a response as promised. I have spent a lot of money with other auto insurance agencies when I needed to be with Allstate and Richard and his team many years ago! I can’t say enough good things about this business except to say if you want honest and professional auto insurance look no further than Richard Smith- Allstate Insurance in El Sobrante Ca, and I am happy to say that I live in El Sobrante knowing that my cars are insured by this small business. Thanks for all that you do!!!

I had an accident for the first time in my life and Allstate made the process easy. I was stressed and they kept in constant contact with myself and the other party. My car was back on the road in less than 10 days. My rate has not gone up and I am glad I chose Allstate.

Nice little quaint office. No waiting. As I signed up over phone I went into office to get paperwork insurance card etc. Tried to make payment while I was there but said they couldn't at the time. I like All State Insurance and Auto Club.
