Prices keep going up. You are lucky if you can get anything for 99 cents Employees are not very friendly. They don't greet or say anything to you. They're too busy talking to each other. They don't even move out of the way when you try to get by.

Almost all prices have been raised,so the name 99 c store is a thing of the past. Some items are S1.25, $1.29, $1.49 and up.Their fruits & veggies have improved. The store has lots of items, plants, paper goods to party items. It is your choice. Times have changed, but many items are worth the trip.

Nice store. Doesn't have everything you might need, but, I never leave empty handed. Only thing I scrutinize closely is the I produce. Sometimes it can be one it's last leg. Kurt, who usually runs the checkout is very friendly.

Used to be great. Now it appears like so many retailers they have gotten greedy. Much of the same stuff now twice or three times as much. Lettuce for a example. We know they get overstocks, when other groceries I have ordered too much so all their produce has been around for awhile and much of it looks that way but yet now they want full retail price for the stuff that will not last in your fridge but a few days if that. Completely ridiculous! It's not like they're out of things or they can't get their previous supplies it's just a big jacked up their prices because they can. Or can they let's prove them wrong I don't buy my lettuce there any longer or any other vegetables it's not worth it the shelf life is all used up. They used to have a great deal on shiitake mushrooms but now they've upped the price a hundred and 150%... and their cheese? Their buyer needs to check the prices at Smart & Final beats them with a higher quality product. And that's just a few examples of how they've gone downhill.

Who's there are always so nice and good mood which is awesome not too many people like their jobs... I understand with other job that I would be broke with making money...hahaaaa

I like how coordinated this staple shop was. The shop, cheddar, produce items were efficient. The floors were so perfect and flawless. The entire store smells so wonderful. The staffs were extremely useful, and obliging too.

nice people working here, but often understaffed. can we assume they're passing the savings on to us? other locations like Oceanside and up in LA always have better produce than his location. sure have lots of products.

Huge store and well stocked, but only one checkout stand is open, out of 7 to 10 available stands! Who wants to stand in line for 30 minutes to pay 99 cents for something? I left!!! There were plenty of clerks in the store stocking shelves and not a one could come and help? This is a management and training issue. Someone needs to implement better customer service for this store.

Outstanding produce, brand name products and more. The value and quality is just outstanding. You won't find everything you will need for e.g - a standard recipe, or every type of item you find in a normal supermarket - but they have incredible fresh produce, and many brand name products at an unbeatable price. However, places like Costco are just as inconsistent in that regard. Ever since I discovered this place, it is one of my "go to" standards - for produce, and many brand name items (assuming they carry them at any given point in time). It may be the luck of the draw, but that is in part what makes it so enticing and amazing. The people who work there are also very friendly and super helpful. They provide all kinds of items, at a fraction of the cost of the local standard supermarkets. Ranging from tupperware type containers, to batteries, to paper plates and more.
