Very big store need more cashier's tho. I'm gana go back and get my grandson some summer play toys. Awesome selection not bad for the price when kids just lose or break them anyways.

The location on Folsom blvd. & Waterman is great There's a long time employee Peaches, she is always super friendly, kind, & honestly if she wasn't there I would most likely go somewhere else A big shout out to Peaches thank you for being you, a friendly, kind, funny lady

assistant manager on duty did not have good customer service.On 03/21/2022 at 7:54pm the cashiers on duty was talking foul language towards each other in front of the store with customers due to one cashier taking longer a break. ( reg 6 and reg 4) very inappropriate to do in front of customers! ( BTW where is the asst manager?) Next a female Caucasian customer got irate with the cashier 6. The customer was speaking foul language to the cashier. I have my 10 year old son with me. I asked in a very well manner way if the customer can be generous enough not to say those inappropriate words as I don't appreciate it especially because my son is hearing this and there are other children around. Instead I get the mouthful words from the irate customer as well. The asst manager ( male) walked passed by and did not do a thing. The altercation went outside as the customer was loading her cart and I began to walk to my car with my load. I saw the asst manager in his car smoking a cigarette and laughing with the irate Caucasian customer. The customer gave me more foul language. And yet the asst manager didn't budge to stop or at least get in between so none of us get physically hurt ( she was insisting of starting a fight).This is not good customer service, this is a safety issue. I'm pretty sure the asst manager actions could have been better especially when my child is with me. I don't condemn this type of behavior as manager in a customer service field. I do wish your store would hire more appropriate and civilize employees who knows how to be a manager! BTW I myself is a manager in the surgical field don't condemn my employees to behave like this. Shame

Just went back to the store for the first time since I quit working there. As I expected, the place was back to being filthy. The bathrooms literally had feces on the wall and both toilets were overflowing with s__t water. Makes me wonder even more why they cut my hours from five days to one day when I'm the only person who ever cleaned the place. You will always attract low level customers when your store looks and smells like an outhouse

There are hundreds of great products but also buyers beware I bought a 3 pack of reading glasses and all 3 pairs broke within a week . there are just certain things you just don't buy at these kinds of stores .

This is a very clean store. Peaches in the produce department is very helpful. She always makes sure the customers find what they're looking for. I see her in the parking lot collecting grocery carts, so they will be available for the customers. She is one hard working lady. Overall, this is a very customer friendly 99 cent store. Keep up the good work.
