I am not sure if ownership has changed since I started my lease, but the office personnel sure has. The level of professionalism is lacking. I was hung up on by the "manager" after trying to understand why my storage bill was about $25.00 more than it should be. I asked for a district managers information, was given an email that doesn't even work, but refused a phone number. I called the 21300 Northwest Freeway location asking for help, he claimed he would call the district manager and ask for them to call me, but I cant be certain that ever happened as I have still not received a phone call to this day. When I started my lease, there were no issues. Why there are now, I dont know but I am going to need a phone call from an owner, district manager, corporate office, or someone other than the child who works in the office telling people she is the office manager.

Ms. Shay and Ms. Yvonne have made my experience absolutely amazing. They have been courteous, kind, and patient. They are very knowledgeable. They have the best customer service! If you need to store something, you need to come over here! Highly recommend! 😊🤗

The storage charged me twice. I called to get it fixed but the employee have said if someone tried to contact me because there was nothing in the unit with no lock on. Employee have said they put a temporarily lock. But he might be mistaken he might be talking about a different unit. So, I went to the facility and it was a different lock. Low life stole my stuff but I believe it was a inside job cause it was no force entry. I filed a police report. When the police left moments later when I was at the office a gentleman also was reporting someone broke into his unit. Plus there's no camera's around. That should have been a red flag for me. I would not recommend cube smart at all.

I kept a storage here for a year and all my stuff managed to not have any noticeable dust and stay very clean. One of the employees Doris helped me out with the whole process and was very friendly! I would rent here again if I need it.

In a world where customer service seems to be harder and harder to find, Cubesmart in Cypress does not disappoint. Doris , the manager, is by far the most professional, polite, kind, woman I have been able to work with on years! I have a very tricky schedule with my special needs son and let's face it things have been tough during this pandemic. Doris remembers my availability schedule with my son's therapies if she needs to contact me. She is great with having the answers to any questions I have and always has a delightful demeanor. The facilities are clean , you wont find trash blowing around, as far as storage facilities go they maintain a very high standard. Love working with the whole staff and would highly recommend!

Ty Doris for helping us out so much. Not going into details but she and the district manager was a big help. I love this property very much and it's in a great location. If anyone needs a storage unit please go and see Doris, she and her staff will help y'all out.
