I don't even want to talk about this dollar tree! Not good! Just a dirty feel pulling in the parking lot. Homeless people here and there! Most of the employees look dry and dusty. Their customer service is ok. A 2 out of 5 to me. Emergency only! They need a make over.

The customer service isn't the best. They seem pretty unprofessional since they often are talking about other customers and staff along with what they have planned after work very loudly as if no one else is in the store. Not ok

Great experience, store is rather large a verity of products other store don't have, I went in to buy a 9 v battery came out with a bunch of stuff.just couldn't help myself .the cashier a African American even spoke Spanish to a Latino old man that blew my mind. Talk about costumer service very unique indeed. It was Gnarly dude.

This was not one of the best dollar tree stores I must say I' ve BEEN here before and Everytime there is an issue with a cashier. Last time I got upset when the cashier had an attitude with an elderly person this time the cashier in one line seemed to disappear I got into the next line and was gone in a few minutes, even to the point I beat the person who was in the line next to me in the front who was in the same place who was there when I walked into the store. There was not much variety, and I bought two lemon pies that were stale and hard when I got back to my spot and tried to eat them. Not a place I would recommend.

I love shopping at Dollar Tree. Where else can you shop and everything in the store is a dollar or less. The store was clean and orderly and the staff was friendly and courteous. Dollar Tree offers name brand items found at other stores just at a lower discounted price. Who doesn't enjoy saving money?

Messy, but the prices are worth it where else can you get men's body wash, colouring sketch pad for the kids, Christmas socks, and a charger for your phone under five bucks

The store was absolutely filthy! The floors had not been cleaned and the rugs were so nasty that they looked like they were never ever switched out or cleaned. The merchandise was strewn about the store so much so that I was totally flabbergasted and wanted to let the public know that the store is in deplorable condition. This store is located on Valley Hi Drive off Mack Rd in Sacramento, CA. I no longer live in California but when I come to visit my mother I will go in this store to pick up items she may need. This store gets worse and worse every time I come home. This time it was absolutely ridiculous! It seemed like it had not been cleaned from my last visit several months ago until today.

Normally this place is super messy and long check out lines with one person working the register. Surprisingly it was clean and neat and super fast. Maybe a once and a life time thing tho
