Follow up from yesterday. Stopped in again this morning and spoke to the manager, Nick, about yesterday's experience. He was apologetic and asked how he could remedy the situation. Long story short, Nick went beyond the call of duty and restored my faith in this store. Thank you! Just stood in the store looking at paint sprayers for 15 minutes. Three people behind the counter with no customers in the store. No one said a word to me until I was practically out the door. Along with me went a $1500 order for a new sprayer and a mess of paint. Oh well. Heading over to the Home Depot. ~Alex

Erick in shipping went above and beyond. I was really impressed with his customer service skills. Even as he waited on me, he also took five calls and waited on another customer. I everyone was really happy with his service. I don't usually observe men in a multitasking scenario like this one, under pressure & doing so well. ~Suzy

Almost all prices have been raised,so the name 99 c store is a thing of the past. Some items are S1.25, $1.29, $1.49 and up.Their fruits & veggies have improved. The store has lots of items, plants, paper goods to party items. It is your choice. Times have changed, but many items are worth the trip. ~Carol

Great service and a great job, every time. They honored the mileage warranty on the 3 year old tires I had purchased there, and then gave me a great deal on another brand of tires I wanted. I made an appointment for installation later that afternoon. Adrian said it might take about an hour. Well, they had the tires mounted, balanced, and installed in about 30 minutes! Back on the road, and now with a much smoother ride! Thanks!🏁 ~Bruno

Michael's is a fantastic store. I an framing a bunch of photos I have collected over the years. Their selection of frames is stupidous. I have one group of photographs of my sister that I don't have the equipment or experience to frame. But, Michael's has people that can frame this special group of my sister that goes back to 1959 until she graduated from nursing school and Continental Airlines Stewardess training. Christmas at Michael's is especially festive. ~Jack

Alejandro and his team (Mario & Francisco) went beyond the expectation of what we wanted. We went from a flat two bedroom apartment to a three-story two bedroom townhouse with stairs. They made a huge effort to getting all of our stuff up those long stairs two flights. I can't thank them enough with their hard work and their carefulness and trying to get all of our property up to our living quarters. I highly recommend this team they are very generous and very hard-working! Again, hire this team! ~Sunil

Robert was so efficient and knowledgeable about the service needed. Even tho there was a short wait he kept me informed. I will always go back to Jiffy Lube since it is so streamlined. I especially like staying in my car so I can see everything they're doing. I guess that evolved during the pandemic but I hope it is here to stay. ~Maureen

Nice staff that sometimes need to be very patient with the people coming in. I am currently here for the notary services and it was less than a five minute wait. I really prefer to come here for dmv services over going to the dmv as it is so much faster. ~Scudder
