Follow up from yesterday. Stopped in again this morning and spoke to the manager, Nick, about yesterday's experience. He was apologetic and asked how he could remedy the situation. Long story short, Nick went beyond the call of duty and restored my faith in this store. Thank you! Just stood in the store looking at paint sprayers for 15 minutes. Three people behind the counter with no customers in the store. No one said a word to me until I was practically out the door. Along with me went a $1500 order for a new sprayer and a mess of paint. Oh well. Heading over to the Home Depot.

In my opinion, the best paint available. Very helpful with selecting products, prepping orders, and even helping load. Store has every painting tool or material you may need just in case you forgot something.

I made an order over the phone and Nicholas was extremely efficient and super friendly! When I arrived to the store I made another selection for another project and the guy in the store was very helpful with my paint selection and very prompt in completing my order and helped me carry the paint cans to my car. Excellent customer service overall!

Four stars only because I had to drive to another store to pick up rather than they ship it to my local store. Always, pays to follow up, example, I was told my paint was only at a certain store. My own research proved there was a store much closer that had it in stock.

They helped with special rust proof paint for my trailer, brushes, rollers, top coat, etc. For the area already rusted out, he described the process to remove it and recommended some quick weld products which was at pep boys in the next shopping center over like he said. I think his name was Chris. He was super helpful and friendly helping to get my little teardrop in shape. I appreciate the knowledge and his offer to help without me needing to ask for help. I'll be back.

November 6th 2017 The Worst Customer Service That I Had Ever Experienced The Manager at this Store is a Complete Loser Kept on Starring at Me Giving Me Dirty Looks Then Whispered To the Girl on Register Telling her Not To Help Me Then I Leave The Store While The Manager Jose Diaz Threatens To Call Police Tries To Follow Me Outside To My Car Nice Try Loser Poor Customer Service Don't Shop at this Store I Wouldn't Recommend This Place To Anybody Poor Management
