As a member, it is a great value, even with the recent price increase. Car always comes out clean, even the tires. Only drawbacks: 1. Few locations 2. Vacuums are not strong and some do not even work (but not marked as not working)

Bad experience today. Paid for the second most expensive car wash but the car came out dirty as you can see in the photos. Very dissatisfied. There was nobody there so I could actually complain in person. I think every good review here is because of their $19.99 + tax fast pass, but not because of the quality of the car wash. Will not recommend coming to this brand/location.

Definitely my favorite busy bee in Miami. Their equipment is always clean and the drying clothes never leave any grease marks on my car like in the other busy bees. Staff is always very courteous, kind and helpful. Small location but definitely serves with quality.

I never write reviews but tHis place is deceiving people by offering a one time fee of $15.00 and then when you sign a long receipt it authorizes then to automatically charge your credit card a fee of$17.99. Horrible stealing from hard working people.

Ive been a loyal customer for about a year now and I can't say that there's anything special about the services provided overall. Huge disappointment as it seems that the level of customer service is getting worse. The guys that "spray" your car before entering the car wash, appear to be annoyed that they have to work, and barely even spray your car. If they do, its just the windshield and they're already rushing you to move forward. Despite there being a car in front of you, they want you to practically tailgate and be bumper to bumper. No regard whatsoever. The car wash itself is hit or miss. Some days it cleans decent most days your car will still have stains and be soaking wet. Far too many times I've been stuck inside the car wash because it randomly stopped working mid was, needed to be fixed, no compensation or anything for the inconvenience. Don't waste your time or money here. Unfortunately, I will no longer be using busy bee car wash notably at the Bird Rd location.

This is the best car wash in Miami for the money. The car comes out super clean and dry. I have $19.99 fast pass per month Unlimited use. It’s the best deal in town. Plus she can vacuum yourself. You go to these other car washes and they want $15-20 bucks Plus you have to wait there an hour plus. Here you’re out in Less than 30 minutes if you vacuum if you go through without vacuuming you’re in and out in five minutes. The whole crew is great and Mike stands behind their service! Good deal! You can wash your vehicle as many times as you want for $20 a month. They have free vacuum, pressurized air to blow dust away and also mat cleaners.

A solid busy bee. The car wash is great for the price and love that you can vaccum yourself. Do keep in mind the parking lot is a little small, you may need to wait for an open vaccum spot when it's busy.
