Always a great service and it's a plus to have the membership! Love that they have multiple convenient locations and shouts out to Roy G. The location manager for great customer service. You don't find that at a lot of carwashes!!!

I was able to get my car washed here especially after seeing several other customers getting their luxury cars detailed here. They do a great job! The car is washed and hand dried quite efficiently as they have several employees. I was attended by Roy the location manager. He was pleasant to speak and provided truly a fast 5 star service. Services: Full body wash, Auto interior vacuuming

Oil change is a breeze and staff is very welcome and helpful, but I can't say the same about car wash. I'm an unlimited club member. Staff if rude, not like in the other location in Hollywood where I usually go.

If you don't have their unlimited pass they will treat you horrible. 40 minutes waiting as the same time 20 cars with pass went through. Called a supervisor and he came took the sticker and never came personally to apologize. It is cost 20 dollar and car isn't clean at all. If you want to ruin your day came to this place.

They do a good job washing the cars and usually doesn't take too long even tho it's pretty packed almost all the time. I've also gotten my oil changed here a few times and they do it rather quick and give you a free OUTSIDE wash for free when you get the oil change

I wish I could offer more stars since Roy the location manager was kind and helpful. Pros- was quick and the car wash machine seems to be pretty powerful. Again, Roy helped me out when I asked him to provide an extra service and he did out of kindness and good service. Overall the wash was okay but internally I feel like some basic things were missed. Cons - Finger prints were still present on the center counsel it seems like an entire side panel of the passenger door wasn’t wiped at all. Even though I got the most basic wash it felt like there was less room for error. Not a bad place to come to but I’d say just be communicative about what you need and check your car before you leave to make sure you get what you ask/pay for.

Full service wash was $30 plus tip, pricey! It was a pretty good wash but they didn't do the inside rear passenger glass or rear windshield. I didn't notice that until I was down the road. I can also get a free express wash within 5 days with receipt.
