Trying to get my niece in to some therapy that I feel will benefit her. I call explaining her situation, while doing so, I get hung up on, no call back. Even left a message thinking we just lost connection, but still no call back. I thought this method of therapy might benefit her, but won't get a chance to find out. Seeing the multiple negative reviews made this decision really easy.

Over a month ago in Aug., I was told to wait till September 1st to get my insurance approved. I completed my intake survey and had even called on the first and left a voicemail about getting into an appointment and how the Tuesday option in morning worked best for me. No return call. I called on the 7th and the lady said some other woman was suppose to call and btw, you missed no call no show for an appointment (that was never set). Beware. Poor communication skills and wasted time I could have had help.

UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! Do not waste your time. Within 8 months my daughter had 3 therapist. 1 therapist did not even show up or call to cancel appointment. The case notes look like a 5th grader filled them out. They communicate by text message. I have asked to speak with the owner several times with no call. The person I did speak with was very condescending and gave absolutely no insight or help.

I've been calling them for over a week and can't even get a call back. I looked at their website and got really excited for the first time in a long time about getting help for myself and they just totally screwed that up for me. It took alot for me to even call...then I didn't give up, I kept trying. After today...im done trying... Numerous messages have been left...way to go 515 fitness!! You are awesome at your job!! Ha!
