Trying to get my niece in to some therapy that I feel will benefit her. I call explaining her situation, while doing so, I get hung up on, no call back. Even left a message thinking we just lost connection, but still no call back. I thought this method of therapy might benefit her, but won't get a chance to find out. Seeing the multiple negative reviews made this decision really easy. ~Marie

Sitting at the restaurant now and we have tried many times for them to just get the order right. We had 3 people at are table and we all got our food at different times ......we came together and sat together guess we should have said we also wanted to eat together. Then the so call waitress didn't even Wright now the whole order. Used to be the best now town. Not any more! Horrible ~Mary

I have been coming to Bob's since I was 16 year old and now my son who is 17 brings his car there as well. I am always treated with such great care and kindness. I feel like family and enjoy getting a chance to say hi. Numerous times they have gone out of their way to help us and make getting our cars fixed easier. We are so grateful to them. It's a decent small town grocery store. Stock levels are getting much better. They have really expanded their selection in a lot of areas, their frozen pizza section has a lot of new choices for a quick meal. ~Ryan

You could drop dead in this Minit Mart and the employees wouldn't discover your body for months. I was there mid-day to get an iced coffee. I was the ONLY customer in the shop at that time. After standing at the counter for a minute (in full view of an employee) I asked the cashier (Ashley----'looked like she had a sprained wrist), "Am I standing in the right spot?". She begrudgingly cashed me out and I was on my way. They're about as friendly as an infection. Note to self: Don't EVER stop in Diamond, IL. ~Nalaq
