This Apple store made my day! I was so impressed that I was connected quickly with a LIVE person whom I could understand, and who knew how to resolve my problem without needing to transfer me multiple times. I also appreciated that I was able to make direct contact with the Apple store I wanted and not a central answering station. Awesome customer service! Aaron, the agent I spoke with, was very personable and knowledgeable. He stayed on the phone with me and then when there was a downloading delay, he sent instructions on how to complete the fix on my husband's Apple watch. He is a true complement to the Apple name. We own several Apple products and would not entertain purchasing a different brand. Aaron and Apple came to our rescue again! Thanks!

This was one of the worst experiences I've had shopping. My bad, I didn't realize you need an appointment to SHOP (I thought it was just for technical help). Fortunately one of the technical people, Connor, saw that we weren't happy standing around, and he offered to help. Unfortunately and to our surprise, they did not have the MacAir that we wanted. Connor was very helpful, checking a BestBuy that was only 20 minutes away. Before we left , Connor made an appointment for us back at the Apple Store to transfer the data from our old computer. We trekked over to Best Buy, and then drove the 20 minutes back to Apple to transfer the data (you getting that this took us half a day!) only to be told they won't transfer data on a computer bought at a different store. We left, pledging to never enter this store again. We will drive the extra miles to either Cherry Creek or to Flat Irons.......just awful customer service and not at all what I expect from Apple. It would have taken only a few minutes to make this right, yet the manager(who told us they don't do many data transfers) told us that all his ports that they use to transfer at a were currently in use..

SO GLAD I GOT A SECOND OPINION. I saved myself $400! Last weekend my iPhone got stuck in recovery mode. It wouldn’t let me update it. It wouldn’t even let me restore it to factory settings. I took it to the Apple store hoping they could help. Guy at the Genius Bar had it plugged in for 5 minutes and said there was nothing they could do at the store and it would be $400 to fix it. (Im Guessing they planned to replace it with new parts, and mail it out for repair) That’s over half the cost of a new one so I left feeling defeated. I decided to get a second opinion as a last ditch effort. I took my phone to a uBreakiFix. I didn’t have much hope to be honest. I dropped my phone off last night and less than 24 hours later I have a working phone. The best part? It cost me NOTHING! The issue with my phone was fixed as part of their free diagnostic. I am honestly still shocked. So grateful for the team at UBreakiFix. They did what Apple themselves could not. I am shocked that Apple didn’t even bother to try anything to fix my phone while I was at the store. I have always put my faith in the Genius Bar as being experts. According to the team at uBreakiFix it was literally just a few buttons and less than 5 minutes to get my phone back. Totally unacceptable that the Genius Bar was going to leave me out to dry for $400.

Here’s a rare 1 Star Review. Apple is out of their mind. It’s one thing to be one of the only stores still requiring masks (post mandates) but to not allow me to wear my cloth buff and require their own cloth mask is ridiculous. BTW, I tripled vaccinated too.

Awesome experience bringing in my MacBook pro with Apple care plus. There were a bunch of crybabies in here at the same time as me crying about their phones but my battery issue got fixed quickly.

SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS!! Took my phone in on Tuesday to have it diagnosed for the top speaker not working. The tech ordered “all” the parts needed for the repair, which I was told included the top speaker and a new battery. That’s it. When leaving my phone for repair on Friday, I was told it’d be about an hour for the repair. I left and came back about 2 hours later. When I walked in, they told me they didn’t have some screws for the repair, so instead they gave me a whole new phone. JUST the phone, no box with serial numbers or anything. No problem… when I got the new phone from my phone company, they transferred all my info over, all my apps and everything. It was so easy to use because it already had all my apps and everything on it. When I picked my phone up from Apple, the new phone had absolutely nothing. They kept my old phone and told me I had to go to T-Mobile to get the service hooked back up. No problem. Took the phone to T-Mobile and they added my service to the phone, however I’m having a hard time with all my logins and everything now because this phone doesn’t want to recognize any of my information. I got some of it fixed yesterday, but this is EXTREMELY frustrating and I’m 100% NOT impressed with this outcome. I wish they would have ordered the screws they needed so I could keep the phone I originally handed them for repair. I now have to create new accounts for a few things because it didn’t save to my last iCloud backup, which was done right before going into the store.

Very friendly team, there were a couple of questions with the return of the phone and the manager and employees were able to solve all my questions on the spot, I recommend this store to everyone

I purchased a new phone last month with case and screen protector. The screen protector has started to bubble. I go in for a replacement and the lady up front tells me there's nothing they can do for me. I can either buy a new one ($50!) or contact Belkin. I asked if she had the number for Belkin or someone I could speak to, nope she didn't. I tried to press that I purchased the screen protector from them, and they put it on, it didn't matter. She said they have a 14 day return policy and that's it. She didn't bother to ask my name, look up my info, or do anything shy of turning me away. Absolutely useless and incredibly poor customer service. Everywhere else you go (Best Buy, TMobile store, Verizon store, etc.) if they put on a screen protector and it bubbles, they replace it for free. Congrats on losing a customer. I hope it was worth the $50.

What's the point??? I have come here twice for issues with a few macbook pros. They can never fix it on site. Every time they tell me they have to send it out and it will take a min of a week. Who has time to wait a week? Not to mention they can't even tell you how much it will cost. What kind of service is that???? Go to the Macoutlet. They fix it on the spot. No sending things out and you know how much it costs before they start. Pretty radical concept isn't it. Want a new device...again no sense it getting it from here, best buy is easier and quicker.

The Genius Bar was so helpful and fixed my phone right away. I am so pleased with the service.
