It is clean and the deli always has stuff I can use for work. I shop here weekly and love the convenience of the self checkout and just how clean and easy everything is compared to wally world down the street.

This Target makes a Soviet Walmart look like Saks Fifth Avenue. Bare shelves, aisles filled with trash and debris, displays that are tagged with gang graffiti. I’ve been in twice (for things they didn’t have in stock) and couldn’t wait to leave. It has all the charm of a prison out-processing area that’s being run by stray raccoons. Dirty and unsafe. Avoid this place.

The bathrooms here are DISGUSTING. I had to go and walked in and tried 3 different stalls. There was diarrhea on the toilets, tampons in a toilet in another, one full of paper towel, etc. The only clean stall I found wouldn’t even lock. I’ve never seen a target bathroom this bad before and I used to work for them. I ended up just walking out and waiting until I get home because I felt so gross just being in there

It’s disorganized, dirty (products all over the place), and just horrible selection. I am never shopping at this or another target. Also in the few mens only athletic shoes found that someone had left their old shoes and stole the shoes from the store. Waste of my time and money.

Usually do pick up which isn’t too bad, but they have a lot of things out of stock most of the time. Today I had an order process for THREE hours, before I canceled and just went to Safeway. I called and they’re closed today and a few more days for reasons unknown. Apparently they’re either reducing their hours because of lack of staff, according to a friend, or there was a body found in the bathroom according to FB. Drove by Target over on Havana and I guess everyone who shops at the Aurora Target was at Aurora W, because I’ve never seen that one so packed before, it was hoppin.

Cindy at the Optical department was so nice and helpful, even thou I did not purchased anything. She was so polite and respectful. Whatever my Eye needs next- I will make sure I talk to Cindy first.....

1. On February 14th I was given excellent customer service by Ana. She directed me to where my product was located and she noticed that the store was out by scanning the bar code, this deserves recognition. 2. Today, I called regarding an item the men's department, Catie took the call, she searched for the item, found the right color & size, compared it to another similar product and answered all my questions. These 2 Target employees go out of their way to provide excellent service and build better customer relations. Job well done ladies. Keep up the good work.

The bathrooms are disgusting, they're out of hand sanitizer, the floors are disgusting, almost every cart that was left had trash. Looks like they *really* don't care about the Delta variant.
