Better have lots of time to spare if going there. The employee(s) were nice enough but there was not enough employees for as busy the store is. The hours of operation are not as posted. Plan to wait at least an hour & bring a book with you to read. The store closes at 7 PM and NOT 8 PM.

Decided to join ATT after being with Staight Talk for nearly a decade. Although there were some hiccups during the transfer, my experience with store associate Michael Brown was phenomenal! He went above & beyond to assist in any way he could. He’s honest, blunt, friendly and truly made the transition worth it. I hope he stays working with ATT for years to come so he can remain my direct point of contact for any needs! Thank you so much Michael!

This store is horrible. Went in to port to phones over from another carrier and Juliet does not know what she is doing what so ever. She locked both my phones up for 48 hours and I had to purchase another one just to have a phone. Then I went to cancel temporary phone number cause my phones and the phone numbers I wanted are working and now they can’t cancel that line out. I was in there for 4 hours with my newborn and wife sitting in the car. This lady does not need to work there and all this needs to resolved. It’s not my fault that you have a terrible store manager and no district manager sounds like AT&T is struggling

Actually only took a few minutes to get in and out. Maybe b/c no customers were there, for the same reason I was, to cancel service. But wait.. I was forced to go there to change my pin b/c their phone rep was beyond rude after I told her I wanted to cancel. After all that, spent another hour on the phone actually canceling directv and at&t. But the people at the store were fine, no problems.

There was a tremendous wait due to staffing issues. However, Anthony & Johnathan both were pleasant and took the time to great each customer as they entered the store and thanked them for their patience as they waited. While they were helping us they remained calm and engaged with us. We never felt as though they were trying to rush through the transaction to get to the next person. They were friendly, informative, and thorough. My son and I truly appreciated both young men and the incredible character they displaced working under the staffing shortage. Even though we had to wait quite a while, we left as soon customers to AT&T. I’m glad we took the time and am pleased with our first encounter.

Normally, I hate cell phone stores. BUT!!! DYLAN!!! He's the man. He made our experience so easy and painless. I am difficult. He was patient and helpful. Dylan was knowledgeable and handled multiple customers effortlessly.. world class!!!
