I made an appointment to get a Covid booster even though I am not technically immune compromised under the current CDC guidelines however I am obese which technically makes me immune compromised to some degree. I answered the questions truthfully and didn’t have high expectations to get the booster but thought I would try. I was not contacted by the pharmacy and arrived and was told I couldn’t get the booster for another week. My issue is why didn’t the pharmacy call me and let me know this before I made it there? I also didn’t appreciate the condescending way she spoke to me so I won’t be coming back.

Absolutely awful pharmacy. They have shorted us on FOUR medications now. 75mL of 150mL provided with 0 refills? My daughter is supposed to take 6mLs of her med for 14 days but they only gave us 20mLs total? I get that they use a machine to auto dispense liquid into the bottle, verify your work. You’re giving people medicine for pete’s sake, not candy! Accuracy matters!! Oh and when I call to let them know, they’re like “okay, come back in to get the rest.” No apology, no responsibility.

Asked the pharmacist on September 17th, in the afternoon where a product was in the pharmacy area and she told me to ask a Target employee. She never even looked up. Won’t be doing any business with cvs again.
